2 11 Investment in transport Partnership for South West Resilience urgently asking for help to persuade the Government to commit to vital and long overdue investments into the South West s transport network. 12 Constitution The following documents are out of date. Emergency Plan Standing Orders Financial Regulations together with Internal Controls and Risk Assessment. The Council is requested to appoint Working Groups to carry out a review of each. 13 Insurance review The Parish Council should review its insurance cover each year to make sure that cover is adequate but not excessive. A schedule of existing cover and recommendations for change is attached. 14 Community Council of Devon The Council has received an invitation to join the new association formed by the merger of the Devon Playing Fields Association, the Devon Community Buildings Association and the Community Council of Devon. Details are attached. 15 Finance Payments Financial summary Budget monitoring 16 Matters raised by Councillors. (These are not normally discussed in depth but investigated and considered at the next meeting.) County Councillor s report Exclusion of the Press and Public To consider whether to exclude the Press and Public for the following item. Details have been sent to members only at this stage Code of Conduct issue
