Although many institutions claim to be Biblical, they add psychology to the mix. We believe the Bible has all the answers for life and holiness. Our Counseling is Scriptures based and our theology is teaching others to follow in the footsteps of our Messiah. 4 OUR Correspondence CURRICULUM Certificate in Biblical Counseling Diploma in Biblical Counseling Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Counseling Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling Our online/correspondence/distance programs are highly flexible and are geared towards equipping and empowering servants of the Most High, to guide the world Biblically. All our courses are Spirit-anointed and are available in downloadable digital format. All Degrees at the Divine Love Institute are earned degrees. This is achieved by mandatory coursework that must be completed. Our Purpose Study to show yourself approved unto YHWH (God), a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.. (2 Timothy 2:15) We are called for the restoration of all things; to promote the return of the lost sheep of the House of Israel to it s Torah Covenant (Acts 3:21 / Matthew 15:24) Our Accreditation Divine Love Institute is fully accredited by the World-Wide Accreditation Commission of Christian Educational Institutions (WWAC) 4

5 Graduation Students can enrol and commence with their studies at any time during the year. They can graduate as soon as they have completed their program. Divine Love Institute for Biblical Counselors will hold regional graduations ceremonies each year throughout South Africa. Unfortunately we cannot hold ceremonies in all the countries where we have students. Ceremonies are usually held at the end of Nov., beginning December each year. Attendance is not compulsory. Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees are posted after successful completion of the program, usually in January each year. Ph.D. Students To be considered for enrolment in our Doctor of Philosophy in Biblical Counseling program, strict requirements are to be met and an entrance exam has to be written. Only selected students can study up to Doctorate level. Other Information Minimum entrance qualification: There are no minimum qualification prerequisites for the Certificate in Biblical Counseling. For examples, a student who has passed only grade 8 may enroll for the Certificate program. Once they have completed the Certificate successfully, they may be accepted into the Diploma course. The Diploma allows entrance into the Degrees, and so on. Minimum age: Potential students may not enroll unless they are at least16 years of age. Academic year: Divine Love Institute does not have a prescribed academic year. Students may commence their studies at any time of the year 5

Please stipulate if you wish to make use of our payment plan on your application form. It is recommended that students complete an average of one course every 6 weeks. This works out to approximately 10 assignments per year. Please note that with Divine Love Institute you do not need to start your studies at the beginning of a new year. You can start at any time during the year. Remember that the program is designed for working people and you can easily finish one assignment per month. 11

12 Exams/Assignments are open book and sent with the study material. Students complete the assignments on their own, in their own time. It is important for students to pace themselves. Please note that not all answers will be found in the books. Some has to be researched. Students may disagree with us, as long as they verify their answer with relevant Scripture, in context. The duration of the course will totally depend on the student. If you have read and understand all terms and conditions above, please complete pages 14 and 15 and return to us. Please wait for your acceptance letter and pro forma invoice before depositing any money. WHY e-books In the past we posted books/assignments to students, but for the following reasons, we do not post books anymore. Our courses are very affordable and for that reason, students can print out the e-books, reprint, etc., themselves. If our University is closed, books cannot be send, but we can still e-books Postal deliveries sometimes take up to 3 weeks and students get impatient Many books have been damaged in the post, and packages may get lost If you need to do a quick search, you can easily do that with the e-books e-books can be printed and re-printed and if you lose it, for some reason, we can resend it, whereas we cannot do the same with posted books And lastly, we save paper when making use of e-books. Unfortunately we do not make exceptions. 12
