4 Central Station: The Protection Bureau owns and operates its own 24/7/365 Central Monitoring Station utilizing a networked computer system, Sescoa, Radionics, ITI Receiver, Surgard and DMP receivers, and MicroKey Millenium Software Management & Response System. The Protection Bureau provides both Digital Alarm Communicator (DACT) service and direct and multiplex leased line service to high security risk banks and defense contractors. We have worked with many different A/E firms over the years. Among them are L.F. Driscoll, Caldwell, Heckles, and Egan, William H. Clinger Corporation, and Pancoast and Clifford. We have designed, furnished, and installed a GE Security Access Control solution with 300 readers and 1750 alarm points. Additional systems installed include a CCTV system consisting of 800 Panasonic cameras, Code Blue Emergency Phones, and an external Cooper Mass Notification System, providing coverage for the entire University campus. We serve over 50 current locations in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States. We have designed, furnished, and installed Intrusion, CCTV, and Map Kiosk systems. We have designed, furnished, and installed an Enterprise Level Software House Access Control solution In a total of 18 sites nationwide as part of a plan to convert all their nationwide sites to a single Access Control and CCTV platform. Additional systems installed include CCTV and Intrusion Detection back-up at each of the sites and a Security Operations Center at their Delaware Headquarters. We partner with several of our Security-Net partners to deploy installations nationwide. The systems are working well and are serviced by The Protection Bureau in association with our local partners. 13 OAKS, PA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Protection Bureau has had a 25 year business relationship with SEI Investments. We are the primary source for all their security needs. They have an Enterprise Class access control system, consisting of 120 readers, connecting all sites to SEI s Corporate Headquarters in Oaks, PA. There is software integration between the access control photo/ badging system and a corporate kiosk information system. They have a Panasonic CCTV system, consisting of 157 cameras and 10 recorders, monitored in two separate locations. Code Blue emergency phones are installed in several high-rise parking structures. These are integrated with the Panasonic CCTV system for camera call-up in emergencies. The systems are presently serviced by The Protection Bureau under a Full Service Contract. 13 P a g e
