This trilingual, tripartite, multicultural programme was set up in The MSc European and International Business Management (EIBM) is an inter-university postgraduate programme providing general business and management education to build on students previous educational backgrounds. the same time, it develops and consolidates a broad linguistic ability with an emphasis on developing competence in the use of technical language in business and economics. It also gives students an international experience through living and studying in three countries, in multicultural environments. The programme duration is between 13 and 16 months and is delivered in three prestigious European HEIs, in France, Spain and the UK: Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management (Audencia), the Page 1 of 24

Universidad de Deusto La Comercial in Bilbao (Deusto), and Bradford University School of Management (SoM). Effective communication in a business context is an important element of the programme, thus each partner delivers its part of the programme in its native language. Consolidation of learning through practice is also a key objective of the programme, which is facilitated through internships. Students on the EIBM can expect to graduate with theoretical and practical knowledge of management as it is conducted in an international business environment developing the communication skills necessary to make an immediate and effective contribution in an international context In accordance with the University s mission Making Knowledge Work, the School of Management aims to provide programmes that educate individuals as managers and business specialists, and thereby improve the quality of management as a profession. As part of this mission, Bilbao, Nantes and Bradford have cooperated academically since 1994 in this joint programme. Joint award Students completing the programme are eligible for a joint award from the three participating institutions. Details of the University of Bradford s (UoB) Regulations Governing Taught Programmes are available: Further, specific, criteria concerning admissions and eligibility for the award of MSc in European and International Business Management is specified below. Under this arrangement, each institution is responsible for the delivery of a proportion of the degree equivalent to one third of the programme content (see below for details). The modules delivered by each institution are subject to annual review and agreement by the three institutions. The three institutions have joint responsibility for the quality assurance of all components of the programme. Programme Aims The focus of the MSc EIBM is the management of organisations, either in private companies, public institutions or non-profit oriented organisations within an international context. Its objective is to ensure that successful students are able to promote and lead the development of projects, businesses and organisations, specifically those linked to international or multicultural activities, and; to collaborate with facilitating the aims of organizations in a responsible and ethical way to improve long-term competitiveness in a globalised market. The MSc EIBM covers all the main areas of Business Administration (Finance, Marketing & Logistics, Strategy, General Management, Socio-economic Context, Human Resources & Corporate Social Responsibility) with a very specific focus on European, international and multicultural organisations. The proficient use of managerial skills and a sound knowledge of several European languages and business cultures are critical enabling factors for a successful career in Page 2 of 24

international organisations, including those with a national or regional basis but with an international exposure. Hence, this programme is a trilingual MSc providing participants with the managerial, linguistic and cultural knowledge and skills that will allow them to add high value in international and multicultural organisations. Teaching is conducted in the local language of each institution (French at Audencia, Spanish at Deusto and English at Bradford). Minor modules/programmes may be taught in the other two languages if required (for instance, a module taught in English at Audencia). In addition, intensive language modules in French are offered in Bilbao and in Spanish in Nantes at the beginning of the programme for students in need of language consolidation. Successful students are able to develop their professional career at international level. Their rare combination of skills and competence makes them operational in an English, French or Spanish-speaking working environment and therefore they are ideally suited for an international career. Internationalism of programme The MSc EIBM programme is international in essence and geared towards European and international business management. The teaching faculty is international in composition. Whilst the majority of EIBM students come from two European countries, France and Spain, there is also a strong South and Central American presence, as well as students coming from various European countries, Northern Africa, and China. Since the early 1990s, over 600 professionals of 37 nationalities have followed the EIBM programme. This great cultural diversity is a fundamental component of the programme, which aims to achieve complete immersion in a multicultural context. A particular feature of this joint programme is its absolute reliance on student mobility, as students are systematically required to study in each of the three partner institutions. This programme allows students to acquire an advanced knowledge of how to manage an organisation in an international context. Participants develop their managerial skills in three different European countries and languages, gaining awareness of the economic, social and cultural differences between the three countries and developing skills that will enable them to adapt successfully to different environments and business cultures. There is also an emphasis on developing competence in the use of technical language in business and economics. Participants also interact for at least nine months of the programme with students from different countries, cultures, fields of expertise and working experience, building the fundamentals for a global career. 4 Admission Requirements Candidates must fulfil the following criteria in order to be considered for enrolment on the programme: An official university degree (all academic areas, without restriction, are admitted) whereby the country of origin validates it to enrol for a postgraduate Master s. Previously obtained undergraduate and postgraduate degrees must amount to a minimum number of credits of 240 ECTS (or equivalent in non European institutions). Fluent knowledge of, at least, two of the three working languages of the joint programme (Spanish, French, English). Candidates must show a native speaker level (C2 according to CEFRL) or be fluent (C1) in at least two of the languages, and have acquired some passive knowledge in the third (A2). Some flexibility may be shown in the third language if there is a clear commitment by the student to improving his/her language skills in this language prior to starting the Master s. A personal statement demonstrating motivation/commitment to the programme. Applications made to the programme can be submitted to any of the three Institutions. These applications, once received, will be assessed against the admissions criteria by the Programme Director (for Bradford - the Academic Partnership Manager), assisted by the admissions or programme administrator at each Institution. Once initial eligibility has been assessed the Programme Director will conduct a telephone discussion with the candidate this is designed to discuss the programme, and ascertain suitable aptitude for study and achievement of the programme learning outcomes. The Programme Director for each Institution will make recommendations based on the candidate s eligibility against admissions criteria and clear aptitude for the programme as ascertain through the telephone discussion and personal statement. These recommendations are discussed by all three Programme Directors on a regular basis before a formal offer is made to the applicant. Students who fall short on one section of the language requirements when submitting their application may be offered a place on the condition that they attend an intensive programme during September, prior to the starting date of the MSc in October, in order to strengthen the weaker language. Programme Learning Outcomes The programme provides both a sound theoretical knowledge about managing international companies and the necessary experience in dealing with problems related to multiculturalism, to the personal adaptation of employees to international companies, and to influencing the adaptation of organisations themselves. Postgraduates develop the required skills in order to work in the field of management in countries different from their own, and for conducting business and cooperating with people from all over the world. In addition, competencies specific to each of the three partner institutions bring benefit to the students learning experience. Page 4 of 24

Discipline skills LO4: LO5: LO6: Critically appraise current research and advanced scholarship in management to support the formulation of solutions to contemporary European and international business problems; Communicate complex ideas in Business, Management and Economics in three key business languages; Exercise a personal and critical understanding of sustainability and be able to make business decisions, taking into account the complexity of the sustainability agenda in its broadest sense; Personal transferable skills LO7: LO8: LO9: Show adaptability and originality in tackling and solving problems, and the ability to work and interact cooperatively with others in all three languages and business cultures of the programme and provide ethical leadership in bringing about strategic transformational change; Experience of learning and studying in an international context. A European and an international perspective on business activities and direct contact with the socio-economic reality of each of the three countries where the programme has taken place. Page 5 of 24

Curriculum Programme timetable September to December: Part 1, in either Bilbao or Nantes (two groups) January to March: Part 2, in either Nantes or Bilbao (groups swap) April to beginning of July: Part 3, in Bradford (the two groups merge) July to end of December: Internship in a company (not in the candidate s country of origin) February: Graduation Ceremony in Bilbao Programme structure Students registered on MSc EIBM are divided into two groups that follow slightly different itineraries. This partition depends on the language level of each candidate at the time of enrolment. Candidates must show at least a native speaker s level (C2 according to CEFRL, the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in one of the three languages of the programme, be fluent (C1) in a second language, and have a basic knowledge (A2) of the third. Those who do not fulfill all language requirements when submitting their application are offered an intensive programme during September, prior to the starting date of the Master s in October, in order to strengthen the weaker language.. Participants with a good command of French but whose knowledge of Spanish requires more attention normally start the programme in Audencia (Nantes). Students who have good communicative abilities in Spanish but whose knowledge of French is weaker start the programme in Deusto (Bilbao). Those proficient in both languages may choose whether to start the programme in France or in Spain. The modules delivered in Nantes and in Bilbao are the same and are taught simultaneously in each institution. They are compulsory, core modules. The only difference in the EIBM core modules delivered at Deusto and Nantes is the medium of communication used. In addition to Business Management modules, participants follow business language modules (6 ECTS credits) in the languages that are not their own (two or in some cases the three of them). In this latter case the student must choose two languages to be evaluated). After three months in the first institution, both groups change places in early January. They spend the following three months in Deusto (Bilbao) or Audencia (Nantes), where again all business modules are taught in the national language of the institution. Finally both groups merge in April at Bradford, where they spend ten weeks until early July. All Bradford modules are taught in English. In addition, students must prepare a Group Dissertation in English, which is presented in a viva to a panel consisting of the three Programme Directors. The viva is undertaken at Bradford at the end of June and is conducted in the three working languages of the programme, after which participants undertake an internship lasting 3 to 6 months in a country which is not their own. In June, students can also re-sit supplementary assessments for the modules they failed in Deusto and Audencia in the first two terms. Preparation of the supplementary assessments Page 6 of 24

and marking is the responsibility of Deusto and Audencia. Bradford is responsible for the organisation of the supplementary assessments. The MSc EIBM has a 90 ECTS workload that typically covers the period from October of any given year until December of the following year. An extension of this period may occur if the student is not able to end his/her internship by the 31 st December. The distribution of the 90 ECTS credits by thematic area is as follows: Thematic Area Period Core ECTS Finance C 7 Marketing & Logistics C 7 Socioeconomic & Legal aspects October-March C 5 Management of Organizations C 8 Strategy C 6 Business Languages & Culture C 6 3 Electives (Bradford) April-July 15 Dissertation December-July 6 Internship July-December 30 Total ECTS credits consist of compulsory modules, which are taught during the first 6 months in Deusto-Bilbao and Audencia-Nantes. 15 credits are electives taught during the Spring period at Bradford. Students must simultaneously prepare a dissertation (6 ECTS) for which the specific details are provided. The modules below were the core modules studied at Deusto and Audencia during Programme content, however, is subject to an annual review and therefore may differ. Compulsory modules are grouped by thematic areas (Finance, Marketing & Logistics, Socioeconomic & Legal aspects, Management of Organizations, Strategy, Business Language & Culture). Because the majority of participants do not hold a previous degree in Business Administration or related fields, the modules in the first period (October- December) provide the foundations of knowledge and understanding that are progressively developed through the addition of more complex theories and cases relevant to the management of international organisations. The second term (January-March) offers more advanced modules, that enable students to address and solve real issues presented as case studies of international companies using management tools with a sound technical basis. The third term (April-July) is spent in Bradford. Part 3 of the programme is a period of specialisation during which students are able to choose elective modules offered on the Page 7 of 24

Bradford MBA programme (refer to Appendix A for an indicative list of elective modules). Students can take up to five modules from which the three best marks will count towards the final award. 9 Dissertation and group oral examination In December students choose the groups (composed of 2-3 people, exceptionally 4) they will work in on their dissertation. These groups are given a list of topics decided by the Steering Committee from which they must choose the one that will be addressed in their Dissertation. From January until mid June students work on this topic with the help and advice of professors from the three partner institutions (see also Student Support and Guidance). Most of the time students devote to the Dissertation takes place in the third term at Bradford. The groups must submit their work in hard copy at Bradford by mid-june. A week later, the group presents the Dissertation orally at Bradford. In the viva, a representative of each of the three institutions is present and questions the student in their native language. Students receive an individual grade, which the examiners agree as a board that takes into account their contribution to the presentation and their ability to interact in the three working languages of the programme. The viva in which their work is presented assesses the achievements of each student. Successful students must show a sound command of the issue debated, and an ability to reasonably answer technical business questions related to their topic (addressed in their Dissertation or not) in any of the three languages of communication of the Master s. Internship After the Dissertation s viva and the assessment of the elective modules at Bradford, students are required to do a tutored internship of three to six months in a country of their choice, which, however, should not be their country of origin. The participating institutions provide the students with adequate tools to find appropriate internships. The internship should last between three and six months, starting in any time from early July. Failure to end the internship before 31 st December results in the student obtaining the award one year after his/her cohort. The internship allows the student to implement all the skills they have learnt as part of their programme of study. The Internship leads to the production of a written report which will be evaluated. This written report must be submitted no later than a pre-agreed date in December. Full details of the Internship s learning outcomes can be found in the Module Descriptor. Requirements for obtaining the joint award In order to obtain the MSc EIBM, awarded by the three institutions (Audencia, Deusto and Bradford) students must: Have a weighted average over 50% in each thematic area, and no more than two D s in the electives taught in Bradford. Do not have a mark below 35% in any single Programme. Do not have more than two marks between 35% and 40%. Have a mark equal or superior to 50% in modules amounting to at least 90% of the ECTS credits taught in Audencia, Deusto and Bradford (hence, excluding the internship). Page 9 of 24

Steering committee Each of the three partner institutions has appointed a Director for the MSc EIBM, who is in charge of the development of the programme at his/her institution. The three Directors compose the Steering Committee of the Programme, which settles strategic issues for the programme in collaboration with the Postgraduate Programme Management Committee of each institution such as: changes in fees, changes in programme content and admission criteria, consideration of applications and consideration of extenuating circumstances, etc. The Steering Committee is also responsible for the academic coordination of the modules composing each area of knowledge, cooperating with the relevant Heads of Department; and of the professors teaching the same modules at Deusto and Nantes. Academic coordination includes the evaluation of the Dissertations or the use of visiting scholars from partner institutions who may be collaborating with any of the three partners. For these specific purposes and for the general oversight of the students performance and of the smooth running of the Programme, the members of the Steering Committee ordinarily hold 5 physical meetings per year. Additionally, the members of the Steering Committee maintain regular contact throughout the delivery of the programme. The scheduled meetings of the Steering Committee: 1. June-July. The Steering Committee participates in the Dissertation s viva, and discusses the admission of candidates to the MSc EIBM not holding an EMMC scholarship. 2. October. The Steering Committee welcomes students, and discusses organizational topics for the following edition of the Msc programme. 3. December. The Steering Committee discusses the admission of candidates to the EMMC scholarship for the MSc EIBM, and agrees the list of candidates to be awarded the scholarship for the following edition of the programme. 4. January. The Steering Committee analyses the degree of cohesion of the modules, and analyses the current edition. This meeting typically occurs simultaneously to the award ceremony for students of the previous year s cohort. 5. April. The Steering Committee checks the degree of success in the current edition of the EIBM, and agrees definitively on the organizational topics for the next edition of the MSc. All the necessary information for students willing to apply for the EMMC scholarships before the December deadline is released. Learning, Teaching and Assessment Strategies The learning and teaching strategy used across the programme by the three collaborating institutions is intended to support the development of the knowledge, understanding and skills (discipline and personal) that collectively students must acquire in order to meet the programme s learning outcomes. At the programme level, a number of generic strategies are used. For example by delivering the programme in the three languages of the collaborating institutions - French, Spanish and English LO5 and 8 are supported. The combined use of formal lectures, group discussions, tutorials, seminars, directed reading and personal research supports LO1, 2, 3 and 4, whilst exposure to sustainability issues in the individual modules supports LO6. Case study Page 10 of 24

analysis and discussion is widely used to contextualise the learning and to develop competences in the techniques required to satisfy LO1, 2, 3 and 9. The use of small study groups encourages participative learning, provides experience of working with people from different cultures (LO3) and helps develop the leadership, organisational and project management skills that underpin L07. Finally, the internship provides an opportunity to apply the learning in a European/international business context, which is required to meet LO9 and indirectly supports learning outcomes such as LO3 and LO7. The internship is assessed on the basis of a placement report which the student has to submit by 15 December and for which the student needs to obtain a mark of at least 50/100. Typically, however, a programme s learning outcomes are attained by exposing students to a number of learning and teaching experiences, each of which is specifically designed to introduce the student to relevant subject knowledge, to cultivate understanding and to help develop the discipline and personal skills necessary. Each learning and teaching experience (module/programme) can vary in purpose, content and duration and hence the credits accumulated (see Appendix A). For example, postgraduate modules at the School of Management usually lead to the accumulation of 10 UK credits or 5 ECTS, which amounts to approximately 100 hours study of which 30 normally involves some form of contact with the module leader (programe tutor). One or more texts provide the basis for most modules but students are encouraged to develop their understanding by making use of the Schools libraries and online facilities to undertake personal research. A manual is provided with each module, which includes details of the module s aims, the learning and teaching strategy used, the syllabus, any preparatory work required, the mode of assessment and the availability of supporting materials cases, video clips, audio recording, lecture notes/slides, etc. on the Schools VLEs. Because each learning and teaching experience (module) is different, the learning, teaching and assessment strategy employed differs to reflect the module s aims, learning outcomes and subject matter, specific details of which can be referred to in the module descriptors. At the module level a combination of assessments are typically used. For example, group work and presentations are often used to assess a student s leadership and communication skills (LO5 and 7), their ability to make a convincing business case (LO4) or work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds (LO3 and 7). Individual assignments and written reports can be used to assess a student s knowledge and understanding (LO1, 2 and 6) their ability to conduct personal research, to synthesise ideas and information, critically evaluate options and present solutions (LO4). Case studies and business simulations may be used to assess a student s understanding of a body of knowledge (LO1, 2 and 3), and to show adaptability and originality in tackling and solving problems (LO7). The dissertation is used to assess students overall capacity to apply contextual learning (LO9) and mastery of a specialist area (LO3 and 6), whilst a viva provides an additional means of assesses the depth of understanding acquired and fluency in languages and communications (LO5). Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) The three partner institutions are committed to providing the students with opportunities to learn about sustainable development (SD). They see sustainable development as a key business issue and recognise the need for all their graduates to be aware of sustainable development issues, and to understand the way in which their discipline and professional Page 11 of 24

practice can impact on sustainability. They are working to integrate the principles of education for sustainable development (ESD) into the programme at the module/programme level. The School of Management is committed supporting the University s position as an Ecoversity and incorporating the principles of ESD into its programmes. Within this context, the School has reflected on the issues confronting management education and practice related to SD and has concluded that, where possible and appropriate, there is pedagogic value in incorporating ESD throughout the programme s modules. This approach supports the programme s emphasis on developing philosophical understanding, critical thinking and research as a method of problem solving. The key issues that are emphasised under ESD and have been developed through a curriculum review, referenced against the UNESCO framework for ESD are: Respect for the dignity and human rights of all people throughout the world and a commitment to social and economic justice for all Respect for the human rights of future generations and a commitment to intergenerational responsibility Respect for cultural diversity and a commitment to build locally and globally a culture of tolerance, non-violence and peace Respect and care for the greater community of life in all its diversity which involves the protection and restoration of the Earth's ecosystems. These represent the foundations on which critical thinking is developed. Many of the School s academics are critical management theorists, whose goal is to root out the (often unthinking) oppression, indignities and injustices that feature in organisational life. For students working and managing organisations, how their activities contribute to SD is brought into focus by addressing these issues in their taught modules and in their personal research. Throughout, a critical approach to SD is adopted and students are encouraged to consider the nuances of the SD statements, the contradictory research evidence that surrounds the SD debates, and how theories and knowledge become legitimised. Within the curriculum of the MSc EIBM, students will find reference to elements of ESD. Whether this is a focus on socially responsible investment, as expressed in the Management of Total Liability module, a focus on ethics and management embedded in the General Policy of the Company module or the module learning outcome of thinking globally and multiculturally that is embedded in most of the core modules the programme is permeated with this commitment to ESD and to the UN Principles of Responsible Education, which the School of Management subscribes to. The University s policy on SD, the School of Management s policy, and the UNESCO statement are in the Programme Handbook. Assessment Regulations These assessment regulations apply to Bradford only. This Programme conforms to the standard University Assessment Regulations for Postgraduate Programmes which are available at the following link: Page 12 of 24

The School operates a non-numerical assessment system. All assessments (coursework and examination) for Bradford taught modules are graded as below: AD B C D EF Pass with Distinction Pass with Merit Pass Marginal Fail Poor Fail Supplementary assessment is required for any assessment graded at EF. A maximum of 20 credits at grade D can be condoned without the need for supplementary assessment. To gain a Master s degree all subjects should be completed at Pass level or not more than 20 credits condoned as Marginal fails (D). A D grade in the Management Project cannot be condoned, a Pass grade or above is required. Learning Resources Students have access to a range of services offered by the Universidad de Deusto and Audencia Nantes Ecole de Management, e.g. libraries, IT facilities, online resources and VLE. The University of Bradford s School of Management also provides a wide range of printed and electronic resources to support students. The University of Bradford s online resources are available to all students registered on its programmes, irrespective of location or programme. Student Support and Guidance Each partner institution provides a student handbook covering the period spent at the institution. Each period of study is also supported by formal induction sessions, which introduce the students to the institution, its systems and procedures. These sessions also help in establishing expectations as well as facilitating cultural assimilation. Additionally, during the initial induction session students receive information on the dissertation, what it will entail and how it will be managed and assessed. Work on the dissertation begins in the second teaching period and is supported by the three Programme Directors who are available to provide advice on the topic, the preparation of the dissertation, the presentation and oral examination. General support and guidance is also available from the School of Management s Global Campus programme management team and through the local programme management teams at Deusto and Nantes. In addition, advice and assistance can be sought online or by telephone from the School of Management s dedicated Careers Officer, Effective Learning Officer and Skills Development Officer. On graduation, all students become members of the Alumni associations of each of the three partner institutions. Membership of the Alumni Association provides graduates of the Bilbao/Nantes/Bradford programme with continued access to valuable careers advice and development materials that will assist with their professional development. Page 13 of 24

Programme team Support for students personally and in their studies is available from the programme management teams. Students are able to talk about any academic or personal concerns; there is always someone available to provide help and support to students as required. Students are also provided with a comprehensive series of handbooks that can be consulted on a range of learning and practical issues whist module/programme tutors are available to consult on subject specific queries. Student feedback Student on the MSc programme are able to give ongoing feedback to the 3 Programme Directors. However, this informal opportunity for feedback only acts to compliment formal opportunities that are embedded in the programme delivery. The University of Bradford, for instance, values the feedback provided by its students and operates a system of programme representatives and formal Staff Student Liaison Committees, so that any issues that arises can be addressed. The minutes from the Staff Student Liaison Committee meeting are fed into the Annual Monitoring Cycle, where they are formally consider, alongside Stage Evaluation Questionnaire results by the Annual Monitoring Subcommittee of the School and the Learning & Teaching Committee of the University. Student welfare The Students Union and the University of Bradford work in partnership to provide confidential counselling and welfare services where students can get help with any aspect of their personal or academic life. Student Information Services can provide information about a diverse range of issues such as accommodation, personal safety and tourist information. International Students can access a range of additional advice and support services through the Student s Union. Additionally, the programme management teams work with the student body to ensure they receive the best possible support to facilitate the educational, cultural and life experiences of their students. The Students Union at all Institutions provide an opportunity for students to participate in activities in business, campaigning, culture, food and drink, music and the performing arts, politics and religion and sport. These activities ensure integration in the lifestyle and culture of the region, which is a key objective of each partner s management team. Careers and employability The School has embedded employability at the centre of its programmes, and within the MSc EIBM this is represented through Learning Outcome 5 and 7. In the core module Communication Skills, the module descriptor indicates the objective of students learning the various communication techniques that they will need to study and work effectively. Within the bounds of the language modules (English, French and Spanish) students will learn not just the language of the country, but also the application of this ability to the language of business. The Strategic Simulation Game, a core module in Semester 2a, encourages students to practice newly learnt skills in dynamic presentation, business management, competition and strategic decision making. Page 14 of 24

The three collaborative partners are committed to helping all their students develop and enhance their employability. In Bradford, the Career Development programme for postgraduate students consists of a programme of job skills workshops which is offered to the EIBM students during their stay in Bradford. One to one guidance from experienced Career Coaches is also available (by Skype for International students). All career information, online resources and postgraduate job opportunities can be accessed on the School of Management Career s website. A variety of extra online resources is also available. Additionally, Audencia provides specific assistance in finding placements and internships and involves the programme s Alumni network in the process. Learner and development In Bradford, the Learner Development Unit provides support in all aspects of academic activity, including numeracy, comprehension and interpersonal skills. This service is available to students during all stages of the programme and takes the form of interactive workshops facilitated by Advisers and is supported by a wide range of materials available online. Deusto and Audencia have similar structures in place. Disability Disabled students will find a supportive environment at the School of Management and its partner institutions which are committed to ensuring that all aspects of student life are accessible to everyone. University Policies and Initiatives Ecoversity Ecoversity is a strategic project of the University of Bradford that aims to embed the principles of sustainable development into its decision-making, learning and teaching, research activities campus operations and lives of its staff and students. The University of Bradford does not claim to be a beacon for sustainable development but aspires to becoming a leading University in this area. The facilities created for teaching and learning, including teaching spaces, laboratories, IT labs and social spaces, will increasingly reflect the University s commitment to sustainable development. Staff and student participation in this initiative is crucial to its success and its inclusion in the programme specification is a clear signal that it is at the forefront of the University and its partner institutions thinking in programme development, delivery, monitoring and review.
