5 Our experience The Aerodrome Hotel On behalf of the Joint Administrators for Mainwalk Ltd, Christie + Co sold the freehold of this historic Hotel in Croydon, the world s first airport hotel, to Hallmark Hotels. Atelier EC1 On behalf of the Joint Administrators of Summerpark Homes Limited, Christie + Co sold the freehold interest in this luxury serviced apartment scheme in Central London. The Draycott Hotel On behalf of Draycott Hotel LLP, Christie + Co was instructed to find an investor willing to acquire a majority interest in the owning vehicle. The investment was placed to an investor consortium headed by Mantis Collection. The Lord Milner Hotel On behalf of Finisterre Holdings (PTY) Limited, Christie + Co sold the leasehold interest of this 5-star boutique hotel, to Adrian Gardiner, owner of the Mantis Group, for an undisclosed sum. Park Inn Hyde Park Acting on behalf of Gresham Hotel Group, Christie + Co sold the Park Inn Hyde Park, for an undisclosed sum with offers in excess of 35m sought. Park Inn Russell Square On behalf of the Joint Administrators for WG Mitchell (Guernsey) No.10 Limited, Christie + Co sold this hotel to Crimson Hotels Group, for an undisclosed sum. Proposed Hotel WC1 Christie + Co is marketing a freehold Grade II* listed building with planning and listed building consent for an upscale lifestyle hotel development on Southampton Row, London. Hotel Verta On behalf of the Joint Administrators of Hotel Verta Limited and Verta Properties Limited, Christie + Co sold the exclusive 70-bedroom, 5-star Hotel Verta in London.

7 Our experience Mint Hotels On behalf of a bank seeking to fund a prospective purchaser, Christie + Co provided a formal loan security valuation of this portfolio. The group comprised seven UK hotels and one in Amsterdam. Two of the UK hotels are in London and comprise approximately 1,000 bedrooms. Apex Hotels To enable development finance on an outstanding project, Christie + Co valued this hotel group, comprising eight UK assets. Aparthotel Development On behalf of a major bank, Christie + Co valued 30 proposed serviced apartments within a residential block in Aldgate, East London. The units were subsequently acquired by an experienced operator. Brown s Hotel Brown's Hotel an iconic, deluxe property in Mayfair. Restored by Sir Rocco Forte to become a flagship for his new luxury hotel group. Hanover Hotel On behalf of a major bank, Christie + Co valued this 42-guest-room bed and breakfast hotel in Pimlico, a few minutes walk from Victoria Station. Holiday Inn Kensington Forum The Holiday Inn Kensington Forum, currently the world s largest Holiday Inn, was included in a substantial portfolio which was recently refinanced. New Budget Hotel SE1 On behalf of the Co-operative, Christie + Co provided valuation advice in respect of this budget hotel development site on Lavington Street, London SE1.

Best Western Mostyn Hotel On behalf of the Landlord, Christie + Co negotiated a settlement of the rent review in 2009 achieving a significant uplift in the rent over a five-year period. The Cumberland Guoman On behalf of the Portman Estate, Christie + Co provided a live model of the turnover rent arrangements at this landmark hotel. The Haymarket Hotel Christie + Co provided valuation advice to the Crown Estate, the freeholder of this top-end hotel. Hilton Park Lane On behalf of the tenant, Hilton, Christie + Co provided advice in respect of the rent review at this key London hotel. Holiday Inn Oxford Circus On behalf of the Howard de Walden Estate, Christie + Co conducted the rent review of this hotel, including formal representations to Third Party dispute resolution. The Rubens Hotel On behalf of the Grosvenor Estate, Christie + Co advised on and negotiated the settlement of the rent review at this property. Operating and investment advice and partner sourcing Greenwich Market Having completed a detailed feasibility study, Christie + Co undertook an operator search and selection for this proposed boutique hotel. Bespoke Hotels was secured as the hotel operator on behalf of the client, Greenwich Hospital. Proposed hotel Greenwich On behalf of West Properties, Christie + Co conducted a feasibility study for a proposed cruise-terminal linked hotel as part of a mixeduse scheme on Greenwich Peninsula. This included research into hotel supply and demand dynamics in the Docklands area. Travelodge Greenwich Acting on behalf of St James Urban Living, part of the Berkeley Group, Christie + Co forward sold the investment in a 90-room Travelodge under construction on Blackheath Road, Greenwich part of their Deals Gateway scheme. Riverlight, Battersea On behalf of St James Group, Christie + Co prepared a feasibility study for a new hotel as part of this mixed-use scheme in Battersea. The project received detailed planning consent earlier this year and work has already started on site. St Olave s Tower Bridge Christie + Co provided hotel development consultancy and agency to Berkeley Homes in respect of a 50,000 sq ft Grade II listed former Grammar School with planning consent for hotel use.
