2 GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION 2016 Welcome Arthroscopic Surgery 2016 warmly welcomes all participants to the 37 th annual Robert W. Metcalf, MD and 7 th combined Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) meeting in fabulous Sun Valley, Idaho! We are most appreciative to the many people who have contributed so much to provide an excellent and beneficial experience for all participants. Metcalf, MD and the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA) Combined Arthroscopic Surgery Seminar - Sun Valley, Idaho Wednesday, February 4 th to Sunday, February 7th, 2016 Purpose To present the most timely and relevant information possible that will directly impact your individual practice and continue Robert W. Metcalf, MD s legacy of a meeting with collegiality and family feel. Target Audience The primary target audience of the Metcalf/AANA 2016 Seminar is orthopaedic surgeons who desire to improve their arthroscopic knowledge and skill. Overall Learning Objectives Upon completion of the activity, participants will be able to: 1. Examine and apply basic scientific information and technical skills in arthroscopic surgery. 2. Evaluate the current evidence base for diagnosis and clinical management of joint disorders. 3. Develop new clinical and technical skills to improve the everyday practice of arthroscopic surgery.
