This data is included in the trend analysis for the contractual and forecast data. Our Cash Management application contains standard interfaces to all common underlying systems like e.g. SAP, Oracle Financials, DCW. Various modules (for example Clearing Pooling, payment- system and administration, In-house Banking, netting, cheque returns and Payment Factory) can additionally be added. ATAQ Cash offers: The Cash Management and the trend analysis are flexible to configure and provide optional functions which ensure that every individual requirement of a company can be displayed. The trend analysis in combination with the Cash Management has got an important function for the shortterm liquidity forecast. The data pool for the trend analysis is based upon the Cash Management data in addition to payables, receivables, sales orders, purchasing orders, investment activities, tax statements and forecast values. Improving cash-flows in the corporation - multilateral netting In our web-based solution inter-company receivables and payables are settled according to pre-defined rules. The netting system processes inter-company cash-flows, calculates the net payments and organises the resulting settlements within the corporation. Multilateral netting offers: Entry of all relevant receivables and payables (upload/ manually). Detailed matching process between the netting-participants. 5 Improved corporate planning ATAQ Plan Corporate-wide Financial- and Liquidity Planning ATAQ Plan enables a worldwide integration of the corporate planning for finance and controlling. Additionally it is possible to run different scenarios and modelling of operational data. The exact daily liquidity evaluation is automated and simplified through set allocation rules from the monthly and yearly planning. Centralised financial planning, analysis and simulation of the subsidiaries data is made possible through worldwide data entry via the Internet or Intranet. Financial Planning via the Internet Our software enables you to generate your companywide financial status, financial planning, alternatively cash-flow planning and multilateral netting via the Internet or Intranet. The layout and content maintenance is centralised in a simplified way. With ATAQ Plan you can additionally generate consolidated balance sheets, Corporate-P/L and corporateliquidity in actual and/or as plan. This application can both be implemented as Client-Server and/or webbased solution. ATAQ Plan offers: Data consolidation and evaluation are easily and flexibly carried out via your browser. Automated plan-actual and plan-plan deviation analyses are possible. Simulations can either be entered manually or calculated on the basis of the historical deviation analysis. The language is automatically set to English or German depending on your browser settings. Corporate data from your controlling systems can be transferred into the financial planning. It handles different types of data, e.g. securities, options, futures, currencies and economic data. DataHandler The DataHandler is a software package that creates an infrastructure for the collection and distribution of data. It offers an independent and flexible choice of data sources and may be used for almost any kind of data source. The DataHandler offers: The DataHandler can be fed with data from various data sources with different formats (static, historical, as well as real-time data). As a result the application is presented with one consolidated data series. The number of embedded data sources for the application can be altered dynamically and hence adapt to changing requirements. Technical Analysis ATAQ Chart s powerful and comprehensive formula language enables you to design, test and optimise your trading strategies.
