At least 4 years experience in systems analysis and design, and systems application development particularly in SAP ABAP. At least 1 year supervisory experience in project implementation and deployment of application systems. Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the job; critical/logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills; communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
