Applicant should have System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT Project Management training and has experience in handling project as Project Manager. 1

Responsible for assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of the logical network infrastructure and all communication links of the GSIS related to Server Consolidated System (VMWARE). Trainings in Programming particularly, Java, Visual Basic, VB.Net, C, C++, Oracle PL/SQL Relevant experience in application design and development processes with direct implementation to application projects Officer II (IT Officer II)/SG 24 Item Nos ; SAP, System Analysis and Design Application Management Office, Information Technology Services Group degree in a related field Training : 36 hours relevant training Eligibility : CS Professional or any equivalent/appropriate eligibility for second determine the appropriate systems analysis and design to maximize the efficiencies/implementation of SAP application systems in the Application Management Office. At least 4 years experience in systems analysis and design, and systems application development particularly in SAP ABAP. At least 2 years supervisory experience in project implementation and deployment of application systems. 3
4 Officer I (IT Officer I)/SG Item Nos ; SAP, System Analysis and Design, Applications Management Office Information Technology Services Group Education : Bachelor s degree in Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Management or in a related field preferably with Master s degree in Information Management, Technology Management, Computer Science, Business, Law, Management or in a related field Training : 32 hours relevant training Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility for second Provides technical support services such as tasks that requires basic skills of the operational process; works within defined standard operating procedures and adheres to quality guidelines to maximize the efficiencies/implementation of SAP application systems in the Application Management Office. At least 4 years experience in systems analysis and design, and systems application development particularly in SAP ABAP. At least 1 year supervisory experience in project implementation and deployment of application systems. Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the job; critical/logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills; communication skills (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance Appraisal Ratings for the last two (2) rating periods.
