28 Invest Strategically: Dollar Cost Averaging Vintage II, Vintage 3 and Vintage XTRA It s simple. It s automatic. It s tax-deferred. It s 100% gross commission on day 1. For a six-month special, the interest rate earned will be approximately 25% of the rate quoted; for a 12-month special, approximately 50% of the rate quoted, and for a 24-month special, approximately 100% of the rate quoted.
