Premier Miles accruals on partner airlines As a Club Premier Member you earn miles for travel on Aeroméxico, SkyTeam member airlines and other airline affiliates, based on the applicable accrual charts. Follow these simple steps to make sure the corresponding Miles are accrued in your account: Provide your Club Premier Account Number when booking your travel through travel agencies, Aeroméxico ticket offices, the Aeroméxico Reservations Center, SkyTeam airlines, affiliate airlines and on aeromexico.com. Be sure to book your reservation with your name as it appears on your Club Premier Account. Show your Club Premier card or provide your Account Number at the airport check-in counter. Keep a copy of your airline ticket for clarifications. 13

14 Remember: That the Miles you earn on Aeroméxico flights will be posted to your earn account 72 hours after your flight Miles earned for flights on SkyTeam member airlines and airline Affiliates are reflected according to each of their individual policies*, which is always within ten days after your flight. Mileage accrual is limited only to flights operated by the airline itself; code share flights operated by non-affiliate airlines do not apply. *Miles earned for travel on El Al are not automatically accrued and you must always call our Club Premier Customer Service Center to request the accrual by providing the required information. You have up to six months from the date of the flight to claim accruals that are not posted to your Account, by faxing a copy of your ticket to the Club Premier Customer Service Center. 18 Premier Miles accruals with Hotel Partners You have a wide range of options to earn Premier Miles for hotel stays, since the Program includes over 20,000 hotels operated by 21 independent hotel chains and two independent Club Premier Hotel affiliates worldwide. Be sure to follow these steps to earn your Premier Miles for stays at our program affiliates: Provide your Club Premier Account Number when booking your stay, either directly at the hotel or through a travel agency. Be sure to book your reservation with your name as it appears on your Club Premier Account. Show your Club Premier card when checking in at the hotel. Keep a copy of your invoice for clarifications. Remember Consecutive days are considered as one single stay, unless stated otherwise. Maximize your Premier Miles and remember that these do not expire if you register at least one flight on Aeroméxico, SkyTeam member airlines, affiliate airlines or purchases from another one of our Program s affiliates within 24 months. Only one Member per room will be accredited Club Premier Kilometers. Each hotel applies its specific timeline to reflect the Miles earned, which shall never exceed 90 days after your stay. You have up to six months to claim your unregistered Mileage accrual after your hotel stay. 18

60 How to use you Premier Miles Your Premier Kilometers allow you to obtain Club Premier Award Tickets (airline tickets free of charge) for travel to more than 850 destinations worldwide on Aeroméxico, SkyTeam Airlines and other Program affiliate airlines. All you need to do is follow these steps to enjoy these benefits: Club Premier Award Ticket Reservations Call our Club Premier Customer Service Center at in the Mexico City metropolitan area or 01 (800) from the rest of Mexico, and provide: Your Club Premier Account number Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) The route you wish to travel Your desired dates, schedules and class of service (Coach Class, Clase Premier or First Class), depending on the requested flights. The total number of seats required. Passenger name(s). Please consult current infant transportation policies if one of the passengers is an infant (under two) or an unaccompanied minor. Once the Club Premier Customer Service Agent confirms your reservation, you will receive a confirmation code and the ticketing time limit to pay the corresponding ticket taxes and surcharges. Classic Club Premier Members must pay all corresponding charges. Remember While travel agencies are not authorized to book or issue Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee, they can help passengers process their tickets with Club Premier. Only Aeroméxico staff can reserve and issue Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets. It is important to bear in mind that you must reserve travel with Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets on Aeroméxico at least 24 hours prior to your flight s departure, and seven business days prior to the desired dates for travel on SkyTeam and affiliate airlines. In all cases, maximum time limits to reserve travel with Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets depend on individual Club Premier Member levels. It is very important to keep ticketing time limits in mind, as reservations are automatically cancelled when a ticket has not been issued within the established timeline. Miles redemptions do not include Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee Ticket taxes or issue fees, which Members can charge to a credit card over the phone if they wish to have their Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets delivered, or cover said charges at an Aeroméxico Ticket Office. Confirm applicable Reward Travel Guarantee Ticket restrictions and charges when requesting changes. The corresponding Miles are immediately deducted from your Club Premier Account upon confirming your reservation; thus, it very important to be sure to call and cancel your travel plans, if they change, to make sure your Miles are reinstated to your Club Premier account. You simply need to call Club Premier to cancel your reservation and ask that your Miles be reinstated to your Club Premier Account, provided your tickets have not been issued. 65 Definitions These definitions apply to the following Aeroméxico Club Premier terms: A Class Fare Promotional unrestricted full fare paid for travel in Clase Premier. Aeroméxico-operated Flight This is the air transportation service operated with an Aeroméxico aircraft. Affiliate Airlines These are the airlines affiliated to Club Premier that do not belong to SkyTeam. AM Code This is the IATA code that is used to identify Aeroméxico airline flights, which can be operated by Aeroméxico or another airline. Authorized Transaction This is the purchase Club Premier Members complete for eligible goods and services established as such by Aeroméxico, SkyTeam airlines, Program airline affiliates and partners to generate and accrue Premier Miles in conformity with the Program s applicable Terms and Conditions. B Class Fare Second tier fare paid for travel in Coach, which is subject to controlled capacity (not always available) and certain sale and application restrictions Benefits Redemption Chart This chart sets out the Premier Kilometers Club Premier Members must redeem in exchange for Club Premier Benefits. Clase Premier Classic Club Premier Membership This is basic level acquired upon enrolling in Club Premier. Club Premier This is the proprietary program Aeroméxico created to reward its frequent travelers. Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee This is the individual account number Aeroméxico assigns to each Club Premier Member to accrue the Premier Miles each Member is entitled to earn. Club Premier Benefits This is the individual account number Aeroméxico assigns to each Club Premier Member to accrue the Premier Miles each Member is entitled to earn. This is Aeroméxico Business Class cabin, which is immediately above its Coach or Economy Class cabin. 65

66 Club Premier Card Aeroméxico issues this card on behalf of each Club Premier Member to validate a Club Premier Membership. Each card contains the Club Premier Member s name and Account Number. This card cannot be transferred and Club Premier Members must use their card to process all related procedures. Club Premier Cards belong to Aeroméxico and the airline can withdraw them at any time. Club Premier Member This is the person enrolled in Club Premier under themechanisms established to this end. The Program currently offers three Club Premier Membership levels Members can access upon meeting certain conditions: Classic Club Premier, Gold Club Premier, and Platinum Club Premier, each with their corresponding conditions and benefits. Club Premier Terms and Conditions These are the norms, rules and policies Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, Aeroméxico) has established to operate and manage Club Premier, which can be changed without notice at Aeroméxico s decision. Such Terms and Conditions are contained both in this document and in all subsequent versions of the same. The latest version of these Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Club Premier Members, who shall be duty-bound to comply with such Terms and Conditions upon enrolling in Club Premier. Coach Class This is the class immediately below Aeroméxico s Clase Premier Business class cabin. Complimentary Pass This is a form the Aeroméxico Marketing and Costumer Service Divisions use to compensate affected passengers. Connecting Flight This is a flight schedule that includes one or several stops between its point of origin and final destination, involves aircraft changes and is thus sold as several flight numbers (based on the number of aircraft changes) for a given itinerary. Eligible Miles These are the Miles Club Premier Members earn to balance their levels in the Club Premier Program. Enrollment Bonus These are the 4,000 Premier Miles new members earn by enrolling in the Club Premier Program, provided they complete a flight six months following their enrollment. Members must register a valid address in their user profiles. Flight Schedule This is the published flight departure time. Gold Club Premiere Gold Club Premier Members achieve this status by accruing at least 31,250 miles or travelling at least 50 flight segments with Aeroméxico and/or Sky Team airlines over the last 12 months. Gold Club Premier Levels are valid for 12 months from the promotion date. Members must comply with the aforesaid requirements every year to preserve their privileges at this level; otherwise they go back to the Classic Club Premier status. J Class Fare Unrestricted full fare paid for travel in Clase Premier. M Class Fare Third tier fare paid for travel in Coach, which is subject to controlled capacity (not always available) and greater sale and application restrictions. Mexican Pesos This is the legal currency used in Mexico. Platinum Club Premier P l a t i n u m Clu b P remi e r Mem ber s a c h ieve this status by accruing at least 50,000 Premier Miles or travelling at least 80 flight segments with Aeroméxico and/or SkyTeam airlines over the last 12 months. Platinum Club Premier Levels are valid for 12 months from the promotion date. Members must comply with the aforesaid requi rements every year to preserve their privileges at this level; otherwise Membership levels are assigned according to the Premier Miles accrued in their Club Premier accounts. 66

67 Premier Miles Redemption This is the procedure Club Premier Members use to redeem the Premier Miles accrued in their Club Premier Accounts in exchange for the desired Club Premier Benefit, by applying the values established in the Redemption Chart. Y Class Fare Unrestricted full fare paid for travel in Coach. Premier Miles This is the name given to the points Club Premier Members accrue in their Club Premier accounts for purchasing and using Aeroméxico s air transportation services, as well as those provided by the SkyTeam global airline alliance and other Program airline affiliates. They are considered authorized transactions, in addition to the purchase of the services and goods sold by other Program affiliates derived from an authorized transaction. Such accrual is based on these Club Premier Terms and Conditions. Premier Miles shall hereinafter indistinctly be called Premier Miles for the purposes of this document. Published fare All public fares sold through the Reservations System. SkyTeam Airlines These are airlines that belong to the SkyTeam global airline alliance and are Club Premier Affiliates. Stop-over Flights This is a flight schedule that includes one or several stops between its point of origin and final destination, but does not involve aircraft changes and is thus sold as a single flight number. 67

68 Terms and Conditions l. About the Club Premier Program 1.Enrollment and admission to the Club Premier program is open to any person, over the age of two years, residing in Mexico and any other country where this kind of program is permitted. 2.In the case of minors and diminished-capacity Club Premier members, those persons who, pursuant to applicable laws, hold legal custody or guardianship of the foregoing persons, shall be the sole individuals thereby authorized and responsible for representing them as Club Premier members in any and all such related proceedings. Said legally appointed representatives of any Club Premier member must fully identify themselves as such, with required proof, in order to conduct any affairs on their behalf. Any such affairs conducted shall be taken in good faith as fully and absolutely assuming all responsibilities deriving from said procedures; hence, Aerovías de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is hereby expressly absolved of any and all liability in such matters, as well as in any disputes arising from same. 6. Individuals enrolling in Club Premier by filling out the application form will immediately receive a temporary card which will contain their Club Premier Account Number and will become fully registered in the Program within 15 days of the date of filling out and handing in the form. 7. Individuals enrolling in Club Premier by filling out an application form without receiving a temporary card or a Club Premier Account Number must call Club Premier Customer Service Center within one week of filling out and handing in the application form. They will then receive their Club Premier Account Number over the phone and confirmation that their data has been fully recorded in the Program. 8.Club Premier Membership will be awarded to persons who join via any of the above current procedures and complete at least one authorized transaction within six months following their enrollment in the Program. 9. Individuals enrolling in Club Premier agree to abide by the existing Club Premier terms, rules, conditions and policies, as well as all future versions Aeroméxico may issue of the same. 3.Current Club Premier enrollment procedures are described as follows: Over the telephone, by calling the Club Premier Costumer Service Center and providing your information. Over the Internet, entering your data on the: aeromexico.com website. With a hard copy, filling out the Club Premier Application Form and giving it to an Aeroméxico agent. Via the Aeroméxico Reservations Department or Ticket Offices. 4. Individuals enrolling in Club Premier over the telephone will immediately receive their Club Premier Account Number during the call and fully registered within 72 hours of filing the application. 5.Individuals enrolling in Club Premier over the Internet will immediately receive their Club Premier Account Number once they provide the required information and will become fully registered within 72 hours of filing the application. 10. Club Premier Members must present their Club Premier Card for all Club Premier Service requests. 11. The Club Premier Membership Card remains the exclusive property of Aerovías de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. who, reserves the right to request its return, revoke or cancel it, as deemed a- ppropriate, and binds Club Premier members to abide by the instructions issued for the purpose by Aeroméxico, renouncing all entitlement to any course of action pertaining to the foregoing. The Club Premier Card is non-transferable and its use is subject to current Club Premier Terms and Conditions. Club Premier Members shall assume full responsibility for use of the Club Premier Card they are given. 12. Aerovías de Mexico, S. A. de C.V. reserves the right to temporarily or indefinitely cancel any Club Premier membership for failure to abide by the Club Premier Terms and Conditions or, for any other cause deemed appropriate. In such cases, it shall suffice to provide written notification to the Club Premier member in question a full 24 hours prior to the action taking effect. Temporary suspension shall render the Club Premier Account ineffective for the duration of said suspension and during this time, Club Premier Members may not: earn or add Miles to their Club Premier Account; redeem or exchange Miles already earned in said Account; or avail themselves of any of the Benefits deriving from their Club Premier membership. 68

69 Definitive removal from the Club Premier Program shall result in the definitive and irrevocable cancellation of the Club Premier Account, together with the loss of all Miles accrued therein, as well as the rescission of all Club Premier Member benefits. 13. Each Club Premier Member shall be assigned a Club Premier Account Number to which miles earned will be added, derived from an authorized transaction. In order for an authorized transaction to earn Premier Miles, it must be performed directly by the enrolled Club Premier Account holder and to which the corresponding Premier Miles shall be credited. 14. Only the Club Premier Membership Holder shall have access to Club Premier Account information and shall be issued a confidential Personal Identification Number (PIN) for such purpose, the use of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Club Premier Membership Holder. 15. Club Premier Miles accrued in each Club Premier Account shall have no monetary value and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be combined with miles from another Club Premier Account or redeemed or exchanged for Program Benefits, as long as a surcharge of $10 dollars, plus tax, is applied for every 625 Premier Miles transferred. Said surcharge shall not apply in the case of transfers made among same family members. 16. Each Club Premier Member shall be assigned a Club Premier Account to which earned Premier Miles shall be added and accrued therein. In the event that, for whatever reason, a Club Premier Account holder has two or more Club Premier Accounts, the balance existing in said accounts shall be combined into one single account, deducting the enrollment bonus corresponding to the additional accounts, given that said bonus is awarded to Club Premier Members only once, upon joining the Program. The additional accounts shall be cancelled and all duplicated transactions shall be deducted. 17. Club Premier Members who s Club Premier Accounts reflect no movement in a period of 12 consecutive months following their date of enrollment shall be dropped from the Program. 18. The Premier Miles earned in each Club Premier Account after April 25, 2010, count as activity which qualifies for an extension of 24 months to the life of their accrued Premier Miles. In the event there is no accumulation activity in the previous 24 months, the accrued Miles shall expire. If the crediting is retroactive, the date considered will be that on which the service was provided and not the date on which the mileage was credited. 19. All Club Premier Accounts that report no activity within 36 months following the last movement shall be dropped. 20. Club Premier Members are responsible for notifying Club Premier of any change of residential address, telephone number and/or address. Said notification must be given to the Club Premier Customer Service Center by telephone, or fax. If Club Premier is not informed by its Members of any changes to the fore going data, all communication effected shall be in accordance with the Member information on file which shall remain in effect for all applicable purposes. 21. Aeroméxico reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or indefinitely, any or all of the bases of the Program, including its promotions and benefits, with or without prior notice. 22. Club Premier Members assume full responsibility deriving from use of the Club Premier Card issued to them and are duty-bound to report any theft or loss of said card to the Club Premier Customer Service Center and said report shall not release the Club Premier Member from any applicable liabilities regarding the same. 23. Aeroméxico shall be the only entity empowered and authorized to resolve any matter pertaining to Club Premier, reserving the right enforce and interpret these Terms and Conditions and their scope, as well as to resolve, entirely at its own discretion, any situation not therein considered. II. Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets 24. Aeroméxico flights are those which carry or are defined with the AM code. 25. Club Premier Benefits may be transferred to any person of the Member s choosing upon request. In the event of requesting a Club Premier Award Ticket on an international flight, the beneficiary s name must be the same as the name that appears on the traveler s passport. 69

70 26. All Aeroméxico, SkyTeam airlines other airlines affiliate flights are awarded a predetermined number of seats available to Club Premier Members in exchange for Miles accrued in their Club Premier Accounts, in a- ccordance with these Terms and Conditions. 27. Club Premier Award Tickets issued may be used for passenger air carriage services provided by SkyTeam airlines and affiliated airlines exclusively for use on round trips, unless stated otherwise. 28. In the case of Club Premier Award Tickets with Sky Team airlines and affiliated airlines, these shall be non -refundable once the trip has been begun. 29. Blackout periods, as well as restrictions and seat availability with SkyTeam airlines and other airline affiliates shall be determined by each particular airline and may vary from time to time, without prior notice. 30. Club Premier Award Tickets shall be valid up to 12 months after their issue date. Once said period has expired, these tickets cease to be valid, therefore, they become non-refundable, they may not be restored to accrued mileage and their validity cannot be extended under any circumstances. 31. Club Premier Award Tickets apply to non-stop flights. In the event there is no direct route to the destination in question, an immediate connection will be permitted within 24 hours following the initial flight which may be used the following day, only when on the date of arrival at the connection destination, there is no connecting flight to the final destination that same day. The connect ing-flight coupon shall be cancelled if it is not used within this period; therefore, it may not be used at a later date and may not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, the Club Premier Award Tickets, with the complete route, shall be considered as a single Benefit, applying to it the corresponding mileage charge in accor dance with the existing Award Redemption Chart, unless stated otherwise. 32. In cases where a Club Premier Member requests a Club Premier Award Ticket for a given route, with connections, when a direct route to the final destination exists, an immediate connection will be permitted within 24 hours following the initial flight which may be used the following day, only when on the date of arrival at the connection destination, there is no connecting flight to the final destination that same day. The connecting flight coupon shall be cancelled if it is not used within this period; therefore, it may not be used at a later date and may not be refunded for any reason whats oever. In such cases, the Club Premier Award Tickets, with the complete route, shall be considered as a single Benefit, applying to it the corresponding mileage charge in accordance with the existing Award Redemption Chart, unless stated otherwise. 33. Club Premier Award Ticket flight connections shall apply to aircraft type of the same or another airline, depending on the particular policy of each airline. 34. Once Club Premier Award Tickets have been issued and while still valid, a flight-date change may be requested but only when they have been redeemed from the accounts of Gold Club Premier or Platinum Members. Route, passenger and flight class changes or ticket cancellations for restoration to accrued mileage shall incur a fee of USD $25, plus tax, payable in local currency, and may only be applied for, once confirmed, at any Aeroméxico Ticket Office while the ticket is still valid. Said payment may only be made at Aeroméxico Ticket Offices. It will be necessary to produce a copy of the payment receipt in the event of any clarification. 35. Once Club Premier Award Tickets have been issued and while still valid, a flight-date change may be requested but shall be subject to the existing applicable additional charges when they have been redeemed from the accounts of Classic Club Premier Members. Changes in route, name of beneficiary, flight class or ticket cancellation for restoration to accrued mileage shall incur a fee of USD $25, plus tax, payable in local currency, and may only be applied for, once confirmed, at any Aeroméxico Ticket Office while the ticket is still valid. Said payment may only be made at Aeroméxico Ticket Offices. It will be necessary to produce a copy of the payment receipt in the event of any clarification. 36. There are charges applicable to the issuance of Club Premier Award Tickets and these shall depend on the type or level of the Club Premier Account from which the Miles of said tickets are being redeemed. 37. Federal, local and airport taxes applicable to Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee issued to Club Premier Members and/or their beneficiaries shall be payable, only in cash, in the moment of acquiring said tickets. 71 In cases where ticket delivery service is requested, said taxes, in addition to the delivery-service fee, shall be automatically charged to the Member s credit card, under the applicable terms and conditions and at applicable rates. 38. Club Premier Benefits have no monetary value and once acquired, it shall be the responsibility of the Club Premier Member to use them in a proper fashion and Members are not allowed to sell their reward points. 39. In the event of theft or loss of Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee, the existing Aeroméxico policy pertaining to all valid stolen or lost airline tickets shall apply. Club Premier Award Tickets (no-fare airline tickets) are subject to availability and controlled seat capacity which shall depend on the flight demand and varies, according to the timetable, route, date, etcetera of each flight. III. SkyTeam Reward Travel Guarantee General Applications 40. They apply to any segment operated by SkyTeam airlines. 41. They apply to the most direct route for itinerary planning. 42. They apply to routes between any point on the American continent and to/from Europe, Africa, Israel, and the Middle East and the trip must be cross-atlantic. 43. They apply exclusively to round trips. 44. They apply to routes between any point on the American continent and to/from Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific and the trip must be cross-pacific (except in cases where the final destination is only served by Air France or KLM, connecting in Europe via the Atlantic Ocean, in which case, the return trip must be made by the same route). 45. Under no circumstances will trips combining cross -Atlantic and cross-pacific outward-bound or homeward-bound flights be permitted, unless the Club Premier Member is willing to pay the mileage applicable to a round-the-world trip. 46. A maximum of six flight coupons is allowed for any round trip. 47. One between-flights stopover is permitted at some connec tion points. A stopover means any itinerary city in which passengers wish to remain longer than 24 hours, before continuing their journey. 48. One open-jaw is permitted per destination. If the open-jaw occurs between different flight zones, the highest Mileage rate shall apply. 49. Side-trips are not allowed. 50. A connection may not be made more than twice at any given city (once on the outward trip and once on the homeward trip). 51. Flights between the United States and Guam using Korean Air are not allowed. 52. Internal flights within Japan using Northwest Airlines are not allowed, unless these involve an international connection, also with Northwest Airlines. Ticket Validity 53. Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee will be valid for one year, as of their issuance date. This period cannot be extended under any circumstances. Minors and infants 54. Minors and infants who occupy a seat require the same number of Premier Miles as any other Club Premier Member. Changes and cancellations 55. Any change required must be requested directly from Aeroméxico s Club Premier Customer Service Center. All changes must be requested and are subject to confirmation by the airline(s) operating the segment(s) requested. 56. Until such time as the ticket has been issued, any changes shall be at no cost, as long as said changes are requested pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the SkyTeam Reward Travel Guarantee. Equally, until such time as the ticket has been issued, Club Premier Members may cancel their reservations and request reinstatement of the mileage to their account, at no charge. 57. Once the ticket has been issued but while the trip has not yet commenced, changes to the date, flight, route or cancella tion of the ticket may be made but are subject to existing charges applicable to Club Premier Reward Travel Guarantee. 71

72 Other conditions 60. It is the responsibility of Reward Travel Guarantee holders to ensure they possess a valid passport and all required visas for the countries to be visited, before beginning their trips. 61. The trip in question must involve traveling in the same direction, namely, eastwards or westwards. 62. Flight space is subject to availability and confirmation by the participating airlines. 63. This applies only to flights operated by SkyTeam airlines: Aeroflot, Aeroméxico, Air Europa, and Air France/KLM, Alitalia, China Southern, Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Kenya Airways, Korean Air and North west Airlines. 64. The trip must end in the same country in which it initiated and in the same originating city or a city close to it. 65. A maximum of six stopovers during a trip are permitted before returning to the country of origin, with a maximum of three stopovers per continent. 66. For the purposes of SkyTeam Round the World Reward Travel Guarantee, a stopover means any city on the trip itinerary in which passengers wish to remain more than 24 hours before continuing their trip. 67. The cities of origin and final destination do not count as stopovers. 68. Flights between stopovers must either be direct or provide an immediate connection. 69. A maximum of six connections is permitted. 70. Connecting through the same city more than once is not permitted (except in the originating country or in cases where it is necessary in order to return to the city of origin). 71. Connections do not count as stopovers. 72. A trip interruption is permitted and this will count as a stopover. 73. A trip may originate in any city in the world, as long as there is a flight available there which is operated by any of the SkyTeam airlines. 74. The trip areas to which these tickets apply are as follows: North America; Central America; South America; Europe; Africa; Oceania (Australia) and Asia. 75. Members may remain at each stopover as long as they wish, as long as the ticket is still valid. Eligibility 76. The Redemption Chart applies equally to all Members, regardless of their Membership status. In other words, a Cometa Club Premier Member requires the same miles as a Classic Club Premier Member. Application 77. Applies to Coach/Premier/Business Classes. All the trip segments must be reserved in the same class; Coach or Business. Validity 78. The validity period is one year, as of the date the ticket is issued. IV. Round the World Tickets General Changes, cancellations, refunds 79. Any change required must be requested directly from the Aeroméxico Club Premier Customer Service Center or at Aeroméxico ticket offices that feature Club Premier Customer Service Desks (Plaza Inn, Santa Fe, Reforma 445, Insurgentes, Mundo E, and Tecamachalco in Mexico City). 80. Until such time as the ticket has been issued, changes of flight, flight date or route may be made, at no cost. Changes must be requested and seat space availability is subject to confirmation by the participating airlines. 81. While the ticket has still not been issued, any name change entails canceling the reservation and submitting a request, therefore, those seats are once again subject to request, as well as subject to confirmation by the participating airlines. 82. While the ticket has not yet been issued, the reservation may be cancelled and the corresponding Premier Miles shall be reinstated in the Club Premier Account, at no cost. 83. Once the ticket has already been issued, changes of flight, flight date, route, name or cancellation of the ticket shall incur applicable fees. Said changes are subject to request and confirmation by the participating airlines. 72

73 84. Once the trip has started, no changes of name, route or partial reinstatement of Premier Miles is permitted. 85. SkyTeam Round the World Reward Travel Guarantee are non-endorsable. Other conditions 86. Ticket holders are responsible for making sure they possess a valid passport and any visas, vaccinations and other government requisites necessary for the countries to be visited as per the itinerary, prior to the start of their trip. IV. Classic Club Premier Membership 87. Classic Club Premier Members are entitled to the following benefits: Club Premier Award Tickets which they may request at any time on Aeroméxico flights, redeeming the necessary miles from their Club Premier Account, in accordance with the existing Redemption Chart. Reservation of these tickets must be made a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 11 months prior to the flight date. Controlled capacity applies. Reward Travel Guarantee for travel with SkyTeam airlines and other airline affiliates, redeeming the necessary miles from their Club Premier Account, in accordance with the existing Redemption Chart. Reservation of these tickets must be made a minimum of seven business days and a maximum of 11 months prior to the flight date. The seats requested are subject to confirmation by the airline in question. Controlled capacity and blackout periods apply according to each individual airline s policies. Upgrades from Coach to Clase Premier for the Account Holder on flights operated by Aeroméxico, which may be requested by same at the check-in counter on the day of the flight. Said upgrades are subject to confirmation in Clase Premier at the final boarding gate, as well as to existing upgrade policy. See Terms and Conditions at: Upgrades from Coach to Clase Premier for the Account Holder and/or beneficiaries on flights operated by Aeroméxico by redeeming Miles from the Club Premier Account in accordance with the existing Redemption Said upgrades are subject to availability in Clase Premier, as well as to existing upgrade policy. See Terms and Conditions at: Special 625 Premier Miles Birthday Bonus. To qualify for this bonus, Members must take a flight on Aeroméxico (AM code) either ten days before their birth date or 20 days after it, bearing in mind that Club Premier must have a valid address on file for each customer. To that end, customers can provide and validate their data via Internet at [email protected] or by calling the Club Premier Customer Service Center. Members must provide their full name, Club Premier Account Number and their date of birth (stating day/month/year). Customers can apply for their bonus up to one month after their birthday, which may be claimed in that period by simply providing their details. Club Premier Members may purchase the additional Premier Miles needed to obtain their Ticket for a particular trip. These miles can only be acquired in multiples of 625. Club Premier Members are entitled to receive the Program's e-bulletin that features available promotions, provided Club Premier has a current address on file for those customers. The possibility of being able to have their airline tickets, Salón Premier Cards and Reward Travel Guarantee delivered, charging the corresponding delivery fee, taxes and/or fare costs to a credit card. This service can be requested by telephone, calling the Club Premier Customer Service Center. Once the request has been made, delivery in the Mexico City metropolitan area will be made within a maximum of 24 hours and in the rest of the country, within a maximum of 96 hours. Delivery service is available throughout the entire Mexican Republic from Monday thru Saturday. The possibility of acquiring a Salón Premier Card by redeeming the miles needed, in accordance with the existing Redemption Chart, or by paying the applicable fee. The possibility of upgrading their membership levels to Gold Club Premier Membership or Platinum Club Premier Membership by redeeming the required number of Miles. The possibility of upgrading to Platinum Club Premier Membership by redeeming the miles required. 73

74 V. Gold Club Premier Membership 88. To become Gold Club Premier Members, Account Holders must within the previous 12 months have accrued at least 50,000 miles in their Club Premier Account, flown either on Aeroméxico and/or Sky Team airlines. The procedure to qualify for Gold Club Premier Membership eligibility is conducted once a month; therefore, all Club Premier Members meeting the aforementioned criteria shall be considered for Gold Club Premier Membership. Once assigned, this membership will be valid for a period of 12 months. Members wishing to renew said membership on expiry must once meet the same requirements once again. 89.Gold Club Premier Members are entitled to the following benefits: Reward Travel Guarantee they may request for travel on Aeroméxico at any time, redeeming the necessary miles from their Club Premier Account, in accordance with the existing Redemption Chart. Reservation of these tickets must be made a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 11 months prior to the flight date. Controlled capacity applies. Reward Travel Guarantee which can be requested for flights on SkyTeam airlines and other airline affiliates, redeeming from their Club Premier Account the Miles necessary, in accordance with existing Redemption Chart. Reservation of these tickets must be made a minimum of 5 business days and a maximum of 11 months prior to the flight date. The seats requested are subject to confirmation by the airline in question. Miles earned for travel on Aeroméxico and SkyTeam airline flights qualify to upgrade your Club Premier status. 93.Miles earned for travel on Aeroméxico are posted to the Club Premier Member's account within 72 hours of the flight. Individual SkyTeam and other airline affiliates accrual policies apply. 94.Club Premier Members do not earn Premier Miles for flights in the following cases: Travel prior to enrolling in Club Premier When the passenger name on the airline ticket does not match the name on the Club Premier Card Discount, promotional, group or charter fares Free travel coupons Net fares Free tickets Travel with non-affiliate airlines Cancelled flights When the mileage is accrued in another similar Program Each Club Premier Airline affiliate reserves the right to recognize the mileage accrual in accordance with its fares or policies 95. Club Premier Members that find that their accounts do not reflect the corresponding accrual shall have up to six months, as of the date of the flight, to claim said accrual by calling the Club Premier Customer Service Center and providing the following details: passenger name (must match that of the Club Premier Account Holder); flight number, flight date, route, travel class used; ticket number and fare paid; as well as the Club Premier Account Number. It is very important to keep your ticket for clarifications, although there is no need to retain a copy of your boarding pass. 96. In the case of travel with SkyTeam airlines and other airline affiliates, mileage accrual only applies to flights operated by the affiliated airline(s). It does not apply to code share flights operated by affiliate airlines that do not belong to belong the Program, unless stated otherwise. b) From hotel stays 97. Consecutive lodging stays for more than one night are considered as a single stay, regardless of the number of nights a guest has stayed, unless stated otherwise. 98. If two or more Club Premier Members share the same room, the Club Premier Member holding the reservation accrues the corresponding mileage. 99. The total number of Kilometers/miles accrued in a Club Premier Account for stays at affiliated hotels depends on each individual hotel s policy In order for lodging at affiliated hotels to qualify for accumulation of kilometers, the invoice must be registered in the name of the Club Premier Account Holder. If said invoice appears in someone else s name, the kilometers will not be accepted as valid Club Premier Members must show their Club Premier Card at the affiliated hotel s check-in counter to guarantee the corresponding mileage accrual. 102.Club Premier Members have up to six months after the date of the lodging to request unregistered accruals by calling the Club Premier Customer Service Center, which must obtain authorization from the corresponding hotel. Members must also provide their desired travel routes, dates and times, and class of travel. the total number of seats required, passenger name(s), and whether any of said passengers is an infant under two years of age or an unaccompanied minor, in which case, existing policies apply. 220.If there is space available on the requested flight, the Club Premier operator will provide the requesting Member with a confirmation code and the time limit to pay the taxes and all other applicable ticket charges. Members can charge said costs to a credit card when booking their tickets and request delivery of the tickets by also charging the courier costs, or pick the tickets up at an Aeroméxico Ticket Office. Failure to pay for the tickets before the established ticketing time limit expires will result in a cancellation. 221.Reservation requests for travel on SkyTeam and other affiliate airlines are subject to 24-hour confirmation periods. Club Premier staff shall call or the interested Club Premier Members to inform them of the results and provide them with the confirmation code and ticketing time limit, if applicable. 222.Club Premier Members can pick up their Award Tickets as follows: Personally pick up their tickets at an Aeroméxico Ticket Office by showing a Club Premier Card, a valid official photo ID (original and copy), provide the booking confirmation code and PIN for the Club Premier Account object of the redemption, and pay for all applicable taxes and service fees. Third parties picking up an Award Ticket for a Club Premier Member must present the Club Premier Member s Card, a copy of the Member s valid official photo ID; an original letter in which the Club Premier Member authorizes the party to pick up the Award Ticket, the confirmation code and Club Premier Member s Account PIN, plus a personal valid official photo ID and pay the applicable taxes and service fees. 83

83 223.Classic Club Premier Members must pay the applicable Reward Travel Guarantee fees. 224.Club Premier Members that wish to change an Reward Travel Guarantee Ticket already issued must call the Club Premier Customer Service Center. Classic Club Premier Members must pay all applicable charges for said ticket changes. 225.Although travel agencies are not authorized to book or issue Club Premier Reward Travel GuaranteeTickets, they can assist Club Premier Members with the process of requesting such tickets, although only Aeroméxico can book and issue Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets. 226.Club Premier Members must always remember their ticketing time limits to pay for their tickets, since unpaid reservations when the time limit expires are automatically cancelled. 227.Mileage redemption does not include the corresponding taxes and service charges for Reward Travel Guarantee Ticket issues. Members must cover these costs when picking up their Reward Travel Guarantee Tickets at an Aeroméxico Ticket Office or charge them to a credit card when requesting delivery of their tickets, in addition to the respective courier costs. 228.Club Premier Members must take note of all Reward Travel Guarantee Ticket restrictions when requesting changes, as well as all applicable fees. 229.Once a reservation is confirmed, the Milers are with drawn from the Club Premier Account. Consequently, when Club Premier Members decide not to use a requested ticket that has not been issued, they must call the Club Premier Customer Service Center to cancel the reservation and have that mileage reinstated to their account. In the event that said tickets have already been issued and paid for, the interested Club Premier Member must go to an Aeroméxico Ticket Office to cancel the tickets by handing them to an Aeroméxico and request that the corresponding mileage be reinstated to their account and pay an applicable cancellation fees. 230.It is very important that Club Premier Members bear in mind that unused reservation mileage can only be reinstated to their Accounts once and shall be valid for 12 months after they are reinstated in the Club Premier Member s Account. 84
