The high light of the model is that we have a dedicated support center to support you on any issues with respect to using the application, alerts or installation of the GPS/GPRS hardware in your vehicles. The command control center locally based in Mangalore shall enable us to deliver Proximity support services to you. 5 3.1 Vehicle Monitoring Functionalities and Features The GPS /GPRS devices would be installed on to various fleets for monitoring and analysis purposes. ISEARCH from its various track & beyond modules would enable you to have value and assist in their business decision making. The vehicles would be tracked in real time 24 x 7 through GPS and GPRS connectivity. Online web based interface for complete monitoring of the fleet along with standard reports and customized reports as per yours needs. Data collection on a server and analysis reports as per requirement. History tracking for all vehicles Remote vehicle tracking features Online Monitoring Online monitoring would enable you to track each and every vehicle current location History Tracking This is a facility to replay the historical data for any given time period Multiple Vehicle Monitoring This feature enables the operator at you to view all the vehicles along with their latest locations Reports Activity Report This shall display the position of the vehicle as well as stoppage time for any given period. 6 Stop Report This shall display the locations at which the vehicle has stopped along with the time of stoppage. This can be viewed for any given period of time Speed Report A graph is generated to depict the pattern of the vehicle speed for a given period of time Exception Report This report shall display the list of vehicles which have exceeded a given condition for a given time period. This report is available for Speed, Stop and Idle time exceptions Trip Report This will display the trip details like Route, Trip time as distance traveled for the selected vehicles for any given period Hub Report This report provides the Arrival and Departure with detention time of the vehicles, for the Depots, Loading/Unloading Locations, and customer locations as defined by you Trip Summary Report This report provides summary of the trips completed for a given period Total Distance Report This report displays the total distance traveled for the selected vehicles & for specific time duration Alerts The system will pop-up messages for alerts or violations that have occurred. Provision would be given to store all these exceptions in the database so as to generate any exception report. These pop-up data would be stored and necessary reports can be generated. Option to forward these alerts over is available Speed Violation The operator of your organization will get notifications whenever the truck crosses the specified speed limit. 7 Stop Violation This facility shall provide details of the location of stoppage as & when the same occurs for the prescribed time Period defined (30mins, 1hr, 2hr etc) Hub Arrival and Departure This facility provides the Arrival and Departure of the vehicles for the locations defined by you Trip Analysis This gives the Action summary analysis of the vehicle for the given trip in terms of Stoppage, Distance traveled Maps The system has powerful maps and is integrated to various map sources like Google, Yahoo, Google Earth, Open Street, etc. The system has additional feature to map the points of interest which could be customized as per need basis and also would have access to high-resolution map data. Client can Zoom, Pan, Get info, etc, on the map itself as it is highly interactive and user friendly. 7 P a g e

8 4 System Integration It is very important to ensure proper implementation of the services and installation of the VMH units in the vehicle. I-Search specializes on proper SI actions and ensure proper service delivery. As the VMH is very small/compact, a tamper proof hidden installations can be done. The devices shall be installed under the fiber dash board in a safe and secure place. 5 Roles and Responsibilities 5.1 Overall program management responsibility I-Search shall provide the following services for the said project: 8 P a g e

9 Isearch shall take up installation, System integration, upkeep of the entire system Back-end Web based application software access from a centrally hosted server. Technology Support Services for the Application software from our helpdesk. Any escalation will be done to ISEARCH customer care centre according to the escalation matrix. ISEARCH will depute one trained onsite engineer. He shall be responsible to handle the co-ordination with you to implement and update logistics data. He will also ensure GPS/GPRS Hardware units installation / migration and upkeep of the units, as well as to generate desired reports for you. 5.2 Yours Responsibility You shall focus on using the platform and derive value from the system to enhance productivity, efficiency in their business process using the ISEARCH solution. You shall pay monthly fee for cellular service provider and ISEARCH as per final discussion and agreement. You shall provide the required vehicle data to the ISEARCH onsite resource deputed. 6 Implementation Plan The proposed implementation & Roll-out plan is as follows: ISEARCH will install GPS unit to all the vehicles with immediate effect ISEARCH will implement Fleet Management Services to all the you owned vehicles with immediate effect Service delivery being critical one onsite resource will be deputed by ISEARCH at yours office to ensure the successful implementation and highest quality of service delivery. 9 P a g e

10 7 Other Offerings 7.1 Fleet Maintenance Service. The main objective of this requirement is to provide a user friendly and effective fleet maintenance module to ensure accuracy of data and reduce duplication of efforts. It is required to maintain a complete detailed database of the vehicles. This module is expected to capture database of vehicles that are already under maintenance or due for maintenance as per the type of maintenance required. Broad modules include Inventory & Spares Management, Workshop (both external and internal job card) management, Statutory Management Modules, Preventive & Break down Maintenance modules, etc. Broad Modules include: Inventory and spares management, Workshop (both external and internal job card) management, Statutory management Modules, Preventive and Breakdown Modules We shall setup a complete technology platform comprising of following scope of deliverables. 11 Some of the management reports that we generate are as follows : Top 10 vehicles which had more cost for the month of Nov and Dec This graph shows the top ten vehicles which had cost more. This report is based on the price entered in the inventory. The spares are issued to the vehicles in job cards. Based on the price, we can find out the cost on each vehicle. 12 7.1.1 Regular Maintenance This will provide an option to store the due date or due kilometers of run of any vehicle for maintenance of vehicle, which consists of the following items such as: Air Pressure Brake Oil check Coolant For Radiator Distilled water. Engine Oil check Tipper Oil Brake Adjustment Clutch Adjustment Differential Oil Electrical Checkup Fan Belt Tension Gear Box Oil Nipple Grease Steering Box Oil Leakage Checkup Power steering oil etc. User is allowed to enter the details, and when vehicle reaches the due kms or days, an alert will be triggered to the respective users and also user is allowed to enter the remarks to the same and close the task by entering next due date Statutory Maintenance This sub module helps track the vehicle related information such as the state and national permits, Inspection details, insurance details etc. It includes the following. 13 State Permit: This option is used to track the state permit details of a vehicle. It allows adding, editing, viewing and deleting the permit details for each vehicle. The expiry dates of the permits are flashed as alerts or in the reminder report. Inspection Certificate: This option allows entering details about a vehicle s IC and also to view and edit the same. The expiry date of the IC is flashed as alerts or in the reminder report. Emission Control Details: Option to add, delete or modify the Emission details and emission under control certificate details. Expiry date is flashed as an alert or given in the reminder report. Road Tax Details: Option to add, delete or modify road tax details for each vehicle. National Permit: This option is used to track the national permit details of a vehicle in various states. It allows adding, editing, viewing and deleting the permit details for each vehicle. The expiry dates of the permits are flashed as alerts or in the reminder report. Vehicle Insurance details: This option allows entering details about a vehicle s Insurance like insurance policy type, insuring company, insurance amount, last payment made etc., and also to view and edit the same. The renewal due of the Insurance is flashed as alerts or in the reminder report. Hypothecation details: This option furnishes details of vehicles purchased on loan basis. User can add details for the same. It also allows tracking of the loan repayments made so far and the balance amount payable in each month. Leased Vehicles: This option furnishes details of those vehicles purchased on lease basis. It allows the user to add the lease details of a vehicle. Option to add, delete or modify the above records is provided. Vehicles for Sale: This form furnishes details of the vehicles put for sale. Option to add, modify or delete the records is provided to the user Preventive Maintenance This module keeps track of the scheduled maintenance activities and their due dates based on KM done or specified time duration for vehicles depending on their make and models as per Original equipment manufacturers specifications. There is an option to maintain vehicle wise preventive maintenance schedule. Alert for this feature is provided in the alerts module. 13 P a g e

15 7.1.5 Work shop - Repair/Maintenance This sub module allows complete monitoring & management of the vehicle once it enters the workshop for repair / maintenance. The options provided are as follows: Job Card (In house): This option involves creating a new job card for a vehicle and also keeping track of its status. This option is used when the vehicle is serviced in the in house garage. Option to view, modify or delete existing details of job cards is provided. Job card is tracked for open or closed status. Open job card status indicates that data pertaining to service to be done needs to be entered. If the status is closed then it displays the services done and the total cost of spares used. Job Card (External): This option allows user to create a job card for services done at external garages. Details of garage to which the job is allotted and nature of work done is entered here. Data to be captured are (Most details are same as job card for in-house maintenance) x7 Support Services We shall provide 24x7 support services for you. 7.2 Fuel Management System Features and Functionalities All the vehicles of yours will be fitted with fuel monitoring units (FMU) which will be systematically integrated with the GPS devices and this enables continuous transmission of fuel related data to a central server. ISEARCH s Fuel Monitoring module uses this data to give meaningful reports and hence supporting fuel usage analysis across the organization Live Fuel Data ISEARCH s Fuel Monitoring platform allows you to view the amount of fuel remaining in each vehicle on a real-time basis. The Live Vision window shows the percentage of fuel remaining in each vehicle which allows the operator to keep a watch on the fuel usage and hence reducing pilferage; it also means that the operator can send out warnings to the driver in case the driver is unaware of the fuel level Detailed Fuel Usage Report ISEARCH s fuel usage reports are designed to present maximum information about the fuel usage of a vehicle for any given period. 16 remaining, refuel amount, speed etc. This type of useful information will help you very efficiently manage their fuel usage in all their vehicles Easy to Understand Graphs The application also allows you to generate fuel usage graphs for any time period and vehicle. 17 7.3 Driver Management System Features and Functionalities ISEARCH s Driver Management module provides for easy evaluation of drivers and enables you to assess each driver based on his driving skills RFID Integration With RFIDs present in each vehicle, the driver of each vehicle is known and hence deduced is the distance driven by each driver and the time he has been on duty. With this kind of information, you can easily pick which are the most used drivers; this puts in place a very effective fatigue prevention system for the drivers of the fleet Score Setting Your management will be able to set scores for various parameters based on which the drivers are evaluated. This may include distance travelled, driving hours, over speeding, idle time, harsh braking, seat belt etc Driver Distance Report Driver distance report provides a detailed report about the total distance a particular driver has travelled in the given time period and also presents other related information like the driving hours, average speed etc. 7.4 Temperature Monitoring Temperature monitoring unit is used to monitor the ambient temperature of reefer vehicle/ closed cabin/room. The temperature unit along with Eagleye measures the temperature of the surroundings every at predetermined time interval and reports it to the server. On the server we can monitor the temperature relating it to speed/door status of the vehicle. 7.5 Application Software modules Driver Management Modules This module enables clients to motivate drivers to perform better based on certain driving parameters such as Speed, Stoppages, on time performance, Distance travelled, etc. Various analysis could be generated so that feedbacks can be given to drivers and improve them. 17 P a g e

18 7.6 Tyre Management Modules Tyre management is one of the critical requirements for effective management of overall vehicle performance and reduced cost of operations. Tyres are the most expensive and repeated consumables for any given vehicle.
