3 An Overview Blueprint was incorporated in Atlanta, Georgia in March 2001 by Darren Breese. The company remains headquartered in Atlanta with offices in the United Kingdom and the Philippines. In 2008 the Gauselmann Group acquired a 50% stake in Blueprint. The Gauselmann Group is headquartered in Espelkamp, Germany with R&D and manufacturing facilities in Luebbecke. The Gauselmann Group employs more than 5000 employees across Europe and in FY 2009 generated a total business volume of 1.27 Billion Euros. Blueprint is a multi platform game developer creating exciting games for our clients in the UK and overseas. While the UK remains our primary focus, Blueprint is actively involved in German AWP, Italian VLT and Online gaming markets. Page 1
