Built into a converted warehouse with high industrial ceilings, Ripe is appropriate for a range of photographic applications including fashion, product and food. Its also a unique and popular space for any kind of function or event. Ripe Studios is centrally located, just off Toorak Road, near Chapel Street in South Yarra, with plenty of parking options and access to an enviable list of local facilities. 5 Studio Hire CONDITIONS DEFINITION HIRE CHARGES EQUIPMENT AND STUDIO BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS CLEANING PAYMENT LIABILITY For the purpose of this document client' shall be reference to the individual or company that commences the hire The client shall pay Ripe Studios at the rates specified in this price list for the period and services rendered The client shall use the equipment and studio space in a skilful and proper manner at all times and may be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment/studio caused during 'the period of hire'. Bookings must be confirmed by 48 working hours prior, cancellations inside this period will incur a $100 administration fee Equipment and studios must be returned to the condition they were received or additional charges may apply Payment is required within upon completion of the hire period unless prior arrangements between the hirer and Ripe Studios have been made. GST is not included in the price list Ripe studios will not be held responsible for the loss or theft of any property of any person using the studios, nor for any property lost by couriers in the transit to or from the studios. All care will be excercised by Ripe Studios in supervising the studios however all clients are required to make appropriate arrangements to ensure their property is secure whilst using the facilities at Ripe Studios.
