3 MICA Task Force of Monmouth County The MICA Task Force of Monmouth County is an association formed for the purpose of identifying and advocating for the needs of the mentally ill chemical abuser. It provides a forum for representatives of member agencies to enhance their personal, professional and agency growth by their mutual affiliation. The mechanism includes providing liaison and open communication with the Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services and the Mental Health Board of Monmouth County, facilitating networking, staff development, maintenance of support systems and sharing of information among members. 3
