BASIS FOR TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS Faculty Employee Name: Transfer Coursework Qualifying Criteria The faculty employee teaching transfer coursework holds a master s degree or higher in the discipline or subfield Check as applicable The faculty employee holds a master s degree or higher in a discipline or subfield other than that in which he or she is teaching and has completed a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline or subfield in which they teach Qualification Comments: Occupational Coursework Qualifying Criteria The faculty employee teaching occupational coursework shall have at least ONE of the following: A degree at a level higher than the program in which they are teaching A nationally recognized certification relevant to the program they are teaching A certification required by an accrediting body specific to the program they are teaching Years of experience that can only be acquired through the unique knowledge, skills and abilities obtained through an occupational career specific to the program they are teaching Qualification Comments:
