4 Practice and employed ten Chartered State-Registered Physiotherapists, all specialised in their own particular field, two Registered General Nurses, a State- Registered Occupational Therapist and eight Clerical Staff and Support Staff. Ninety per cent of the case load come from patient referral from Doctors and Consultants for treatments and assessments from London, Birmingham, the North of England and also locally. I am currently Consultant and Clinical Director to the White House Clinic which is now a Medical Establishment. ADDITIONAL POSTS HELD AND WORK UNDERTAKEN DURING THIS PERIOD Autumn Appointed as Superintendent Physiotherapist for In-Patient Care at Claremont Private Hospital in Sheffield whilst continuing in Private Practice, Appointed as Physiotherapist-in-Charge at Beechwood Private Clinic, Sheffield until closed. This Clinic included a Private Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Intensive Care Unit to Date Legal Case Work I had been instructed in Medico-Legal Work for a number of years and in 1978 set up The White House Medico-Legal Services, an Expert Witness Service for the Legal Profession. I am instructed by Solicitors who wish me to assess children and adults who have been disabled as a result of medical negligence, road traffic accidents, industrial mishaps and sporting injuries. Many of these patients have some degree of neurological or orthopaedic damage as a result of their injuries. I assess their injuries and requirements for treatment needed as well as the financial cost of their rehabilitative needs as far as Private Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Treatment, Rehabilitation and associated Equipment and Aids and Appliances are concerned Appointed as Physiotherapist-in-Charge of AMI Norton Hall Hospital and its Private Cardio-Thoracic Intensive Care Surgical Unit until closed. Subsequently reopened as AMI Thornbury Private Hospital, where our Practice was again contracted to supply the Physiotherapy Services both for in-patient and out-patient care.
