The ytem doe not provide uer with an independent tracking ytem becaue it ue GPRS and SMS gateway. It fail if the SMS gateway and GPRS i blocked, o, it i totally dependent. The limited and portable battery power i a bottleneck in WSN. Hence, thi can't be utilized for long haul, tandalone and dependable following framework. It can alo be ued for lot vehicle tracking. 2.3 An application of V2V communication: Cooperation of vehicle for a better car tracking uing GPS and Viion ytem (George Chalita et al., 2009) In thi paper, characteritic and error of GPS data, communication ytem, the monoviion ytem and the particle filter ued to track the vehicle are dicued. Thi method can be applied to the accurate location of different vehicle fleet in urban area like people tranportation or (high-value) good tranportation where the poitioning information will be known accurately and continuouly (traveler information ytem, ecurity ytem etc.). 2.4 Deign and Implementation of the Low- Power Tracking Sytem Baed on GPS- GPRS Module (Peng Wang et al., 2010) The purpoe of thi paper i to develop a low-power Tracking ytem uing GPS/GPRS, which can provide need of ecurity, to track the location of mobile device. The GPS/GPRS module receive meage from GPS atellite, and then indicate due to different tate.
