5 .. Karamushka, L.M. Organizational culture of educational organizations: relationship between meso- and micro-level factors. On the basis of empirical research the author analyzed the levels of development of the general index and components (work, communications, management, motivation and moral) of organizational culture of educational organizations. The levels of organizational culture development were found to correlate with meso- and micro-level factors (both individually and in combinations). Thus, direct (positive) associations were found between the educational institutions types and locations: in innovative educational institutions and those located in cities staff s assessments of the levels of organizational culture were higher than the assessments in traditional educational institutions and in those located in rural areas. There were inverse (negative) associations between the length of organizations life and the number of staff in organizations: the longer the organizations life and the more the number of employees, the lower the perceived levels of development of the individual components of organizational culture. It was also found that the levels of organizational culture correlated with organizational-professional factors, in particular with staff s qualification and-positional characteristics (position, qualification category, pedagogical rank): the higher these staff s characteristics, the more positive their assessments of the general index of organizational culture were. The investigation did not find significant links between the socio-demographic factors (staff s age, gender and marital status) and the staff s assessments of the levels of organizational culture of educational organizations. However, if combined, the factors of age and gender contributed to the difference between men and women: aged 31 through 50 women had positive dynamics in their assessments whereas men had negative assessments dynamics. The model of psychological training of heads of educational organizations to work in the terms of change. The article presents a model of psychological training of heads of educational institutions to work in the terms of change and characterized its structural elements. Identified target areas of psychological preparation. Described substantial blocks of psychological training, the results of development managers of each of which characterizes them achieve a certain level of psychological readiness to work in the terms of change: the minimum (psychological literacy), sufficient (psychological competence), creative (psychological culture). The structure of psychological readiness as a result of psychological training managers is shown. Described the specificity of the social and psychological means of development of psychological readiness at three levels: 1) the social structure and intergroup relations; 2) social influence, which is subject to the individual; 3) the individual level. The stage of psychological training: preparatory, diagnostic, praxeological, acmeological are characterized. The quality criteria of psychological preparation of heads of educational organizations to work in the terms of change (motivational, cognitive, the operational, personal, integral) are highlights. The paper summarizes the approaches to the classification of professionally important qualities of managers identified professionally important qualities of heads of educational institutions: universal, physiological, business acumen and organizational skills, communication, professional. Some aspects of interactive techniques application in rendering psychological support to heads of educational institutions to successfully manage teaching staff in school districts. The article describes the overall design of the training Psychological Characteristics of Teaching Staff Management In School Districts based on an innovative approach to the management of teaching staff in educational districts. The training consists of two parts. Part One of the training Psychological Analysis of Teaching Staff Management deals with the nature of teaching staff management and the role of the head manager in this process. Part Two of the training Psychological Characteristics of The Components of Teaching Staff Management is dedicated to the general features of the teaching staff management. The training consists of introductory, main and final stages, each using interactive techniques. The author analyzes some aspects of interactive techniques application in helping heads of educational organizations to successfully manage teaching staff in school districts. It was shown that the use of a definite sequence of interactive techniques made it possible to create favorable conditions for rendering psychological assistance to heads of educational institutions in solving the problem in question. 7 Ishchuk O.V. The psychological analysis of representations of students about the dominant type of organizational culture in institutions of higher education state ownership. The paper presents an empirical study of an element of organizational culture institution of higher education, to determine the content and the main types of organizational culture, carried out a psychological analysis of representations of students in higher academic institutions namely the state ownership of the dominant type of organizational culture. Describes a diagnostic tool for assessing by organizational culture (OSAІ), illustrated by a variety of distribution of the benefits defined in each of the four types of organizational culture (clan type adhokrasy type, market type, hierarchic type). The analysis of the distribution of the representation of students from different courses of dominant types of organizational culture in institution of higher education state ownership. Based on empirical research the author concluded that the features students representations about the dominant type of organizational culture in institution of higher education state ownership in many cases depended on the internalization processes of organizational culture by students at various stages of training. In the first and second years, these processes begin, but already at the undergraduate (fourth, fifth) are nearing completion. That is, an idea regarding the type of culture emerges clearly in undergraduate students than first-year students at university. Features of formation of psychological career-making readiness in students of higher education. The article presents the results of an empirical study that deal with students assessment of factors in and conditions of their formation of psychological readiness to make professional career. It was found that the leading role in the formation of students psychological career-making readiness was played by the educational institutions, parents and students own activity. Analysis of students ratings of psychological conditions for formation of their career making readiness allowed to identify five types of job. The grouping was based on the following criteria: a) information-educational or practical character; b) focus on future successful life in general or on professional career; c) focus on Ukrainian or foreign experience. It was shown that the respondents preferred such conditions for the formation of their psychological readiness for future professional career which were oriented toward the future profession and had a distinct practical character based on foreign experience. It was also found that gender affected the respondents assessment of the role of their own activity, the type of the educational institution, and friends in the formation of their psychological careermaking readiness. Females compared to males rated higher the roles of their own activity and of the higher education institution in forming their psychological career-making readiness. However, males attached more importance to friends. Females also valued practical and international work forms more than males did. It was concluded that the findings might be helpful for heads and staff of higher education institutions in training students for future professional career-making under conditions of socio-economic change. 8 Kredentser, O.V. Factors of development of organizational culture types of secondary educational institutions. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the levels of development of organizational culture types (organic, participatory, entrepreneurial, and bureaucratic) of educational institutions. It is shown that the organic and the participatory styles are the most developed types of organizational culture of secondary educational institutions, while the entrepreneurial and the bureaucratic types are the least developed. The author also discusses the results of the analysis of correlations between the types of organizational culture and the educational organizations organizational (number of staff working in organizations, organizations length of life, location, and type) and social-demographic (staff s age, gender, marital status) factors. It was shown that the development levels of organizational culture types in educational institutions was influenced by a number of staff working in the educational organization, the organization s location and type. In particular, the investigation found the following correlations: the more the number of staff, the less developed was the organic type of organizational culture; the bureaucratic type of organizational culture was more developed in educational organizations located in cities rather than in villages and small towns; the participatory type of organizational culture was more developed in educational organizationslocated in villages and small towns; the innovative educational organizations had more developed organic and entrepreneurial type of organizational culture, while the traditional educational organizations were characterized by the developed participatory type of organizational culture. [email protected] Liplyanska, O.V. Investigation of psychological characteristics of personnel s work in trade organizations. The article analyzes personnel s psychological characteristics in trade organizations which include turnover, job satisfaction, commitment and satisfaction of their basic needs. It was found that trade organizations had rather high levels of staff turnover. It was also shown that trade organization personnel were strongly dissatisfied with their job (high job dissatisfaction levels) and poorly committed to their organizations (low and middle levels). Besides, most workers in trade organizations had their physiological needs unsatisfied. Only every third worker in trade organizations attached primary importance to their self-realization. It suggests the need for trade organization administration s work to make personnel s basic needs satisfied and improve personnel s self-awareness. The author concludes that trade organizations should pay more attention to personnel s psychological characteristics and have constructive dialogues and work with the personnel. In this way trade organizations will be able to reduce staff turnover and do away with the phenomenon of organization s deadweight. 9 Malimon, L.Y., Glova, I.V. Psychological analysis of cognitive, affective and behavioral components of civil servants work motivation. The article deals with civil servants work motivation. The authors present the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of the cognitive, affective and behavioral components of their work motivation. The cognitive component was shown to be characterized by acknowledged motives that make civil servants act according to their knowledge and outlook; the affective component included personally meaningful motifs and reflected civil servants attitudes to professional activities, themselves, and colleagues, as well as showed the degree of satisfaction / dissatisfaction; the behavioral component related to the civil servants preferred behavioral strategies based on their personally meaningful reasons, that is it displayed the working motifs. Using the incomplete sentences techniques the following groups of civil servants work motives were identified: 1) the motives relating to the civil servants social and psychological characteristics; 2) the motives relating to the nature and profile of civil service; 3) the motives of self-realization; 4) the motives of obligation; 5) the motives of public utility; 6) the motives of social status and prestige; 7) the motives of interpersonal interaction; 8) the motives of stimulation and encouragement; 9) the motives of affiliation; 10) the motives of life sustenance; and 11) the motives of career growth. The civil servants awareness of work motives was found to associate with work motives emotional appeal. The investigation identified the working work motives of civil servants. Thus, the acknowledged motives included those of social status, prestige and social utility of the profession, while the motives that regulated civil servants work behaviors comprised the motives related to the characteristics of the profession, civil servants social and psychological characteristics, interpersonal interactions and self-actualization. The respondents were found to have negative attitudes to work stimulation and encouragement, the profession s social status and prestige, and career growth which meant low motivating effects of these factors for civil servants work. The article deals with some aspects of development of the components (cognitive, operational and personal) of staff s psychological readinessfor organizational conflict prevention and managementin large commercial organizations. The author analyzes the relationships between the levels of the psychological readiness components and the micro- and meso-level factors that influence the formation and development of these components. It was found thatthe cognitive, personal and operational components of the respondents organizational conflict prevention and managementreadiness were underdeveloped. The levels of the development of individual components of staff s conflict prevention and management readiness and their overall conflict prevention and management readiness were shown to have statistically significant correlations with the meso-level factors (business, creative and ethical components of social and psychological climate in the supermarketdepartments). 9

The relationship between the characteristics of economic selfdetermination of students and its socio-demographic, organizational and professional characteristics. The results of the research of relationships between the characteristics of economic self-determination of students and its socio-demographic, organizational and professional characteristics are analysed in the article. In particular, as a result of realization of factor analysis of variables that touched semantic descriptions of structural components of student young people economic self-determination, six factors that defined maintenance of economic self-determination with certain configuration of structural constituents are distinguished. Intercommunication of structural components of economic self-determination is found out on this basis as a result of cluster analysis 4 classes (types) of student young people are distinguished on the semantic indexes of structural components of economic self-determination: economic and active, economic and interested, economic and perspective, economic and passive. It is set that economic and active type although embraces the least amount of student young people, but he has most of positive variables that characterize it as most economic effective. Economic and passive, opposite, embraces most of economic subjects, but it has the least amount of variables that characterize it as the least apt to economic activity. The investigation found a number of statistically significant relationships between the characteristics of economic self-determination of students and its socio-demographic, organizational and professional characteristics. It is worth to underline that development of economic self-determination of this category of student young people can be carried out only by means of the special economic and psychological studies. In the article the formation conditions have been uncovered in polytechnic universities students concerning personal and educational competence in the process of their psychological preparation to future professional and administrative activity. The content of personal and educational competence has been revealed as well as its role in the structure of polytechnic students psychological readiness to future professional and administrative activity. The condition analysis of psychological readiness of polytechnic students for future professional and administrative activity has been made. The requirements of conducting the psychological preparation in current research was the educational course from psychological and pedagogic cycle, the content of which was directed to providing polytechnic students with the knowledge of principles of psychological preparation for future professional and administrative activity, and also to make them acquire the skills for self-controlling and his/her educational activity. The educational course included both lectures and practical classes. The students were provided with theoretical knowledge needed for psychological preparation for future psychological and administrative activity meanwhile during practical classes they had an opportunity to investigate their own level of personal and educational competence, build up their own self-esteem and self-efficiency in subject and educational activity as well as self-efficiency in communication with others. Forming experiment results conducted on polytechnic students within educational course were presented. The conclusions were made about the implementation of psychological course aimed at formation of personal and educational competence in polytechnic students in the context of their preparation for future professional and administrative activity is the crucial for personality formation of representative of future engineering and administrative activities. Staff s tolerance in the context of organizational culture development in innovative and traditional educational institutions. The article deals with the levels of development of the main types of staff s tolerance (ethnic, social and tolerance as a personality trait) in innovative and traditional secondary schools. The author describes the differences found in the development of some types of tolerance of the teaching staff in innovative and traditional educational institutions. The author also analyzes the relationship between teachers tolerance and some components of organizational culture of educational institutions. The innovative educational institution teaching staff s tolerance index was found to correlate with work and communication components of organizational culture. The article discusses the relationship between teachers tolerance and types of organizational culture of educational institutions. Some components of innovative educational institution teaching staff s tolerance were shown to have inverse relationships with the power and role organizational culture types and direct relationships with the task organizational culture type. In traditional schools these links were not found. It was concluded that in innovative educational institutions being more dynamic, the power and role organizational culture types had a negative impact on the development of some teaching staff s tolerance types, while the task organizational culture had a positive impact on tolerance development. The study of gender identity, stereotypes and roles of organizations staff using unfinished sentences. The article analyzes the empirical study of gender identity, gender roles and stereotypes of organizations staff using the technique of unfinished sentences. It was found that gender identity of both male and female employees contained personal characteristics, feminine and masculine stereotypes and typical gender behaviors (mainly in interactions with the opposite sex, and the roles of mother and father), and mostly reflected the personal and interpersonal levels, only partially affecting professional activities and the social interaction level (state, country, and society). The responses of men and women had signs of gender differentiation: in addition to similar or even identical responses (e.g. relating to family, children, and care for relatives), men more than women identified themselves with financial status, earnings, and goals achievement. Women far more than men identified themselves with feelings (love, tenderness) and attitudes (respect) of other people toward them and with their valuing them as women (especially), humans and individuals. Analysis of the relationships between the levels of development of post-graduate students leadership qualities and organizational-professional and socio-demographic factors. The article discusses the importance of post-graduate students leadership qualities development in future scientists and teaching staff s training and the results of empirical research of the levels of development of post-graduate students leadership qualities. The investigation found underdevelopment of post-graduate student s leadership qualities. The author analyzed the links between the levels of development of post-graduate student s leadership qualities and the following organizational-professional factors: the faculty type; year of training; type of training (part-time or full-time training); position in the organization the post-graduate students work in; previous work experience; current leadership functions; leadership functions prior post-graduate school. The investigation found statistically significant associations between the levels of development of post-graduate student s leadership qualities and the type of their training (part-time or full-time training), position in the organization they work in, their current leadership functions and their leadership functions prior post-graduate school. It was shown that post-graduate students holding leadership positions in the organization promotes their leadership qualities, as well as working in private organizations unlike public institutions is likely to require more initiative and activity and promote leadership development. It was also found that the levels of development of post-graduate student s leadership qualities correlated with the respondents gender and place of birth some that belonged to socio-demographic factors: male post-graduate students had more developed leadership qualities than female post-graduate students. The author concludes that the investigation findings can be used in the system of post-graduate training to develop students leadership qualities. It is a fundamental component of all human activities: the more person takes an active stance in the activity, the more it manifests itself as a communicative actor. Considered concept is based on the activity, axiological and personal approaches. It was pointed out that this is a complex process that has many factors influencing its development. It was revealed that the central place in interpersonal communication goes to skill to implement internal readiness and ability to communicate ("communication plan"). It was founded that the development of communicative competence is an objective process, in which the main role is played by students, future professionals in the humanities as the most flexible segment of the population. Basic concepts that are designated and thoroughly studied in determining the psychological features of communication in the future specialists in the humanities: communicative activity, communicative environment, internal readiness and ability to communicate, students.
