4 ANNEX A TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 1 On call support shall be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week The following response time from the time of call for support through telephone call shall be observed and provided Time of Call Response Time Monday to Friday from 800 am to 500 pm 1 hour except holidays Monday to Friday from 501 pm to 759 am of the following day including holidays Saturday and Sunday the whole day including holidays 2 hours 2 Services shall be provided onsite by Y ar n g e ent with PSALM Corporation P Preventive Maintenance shall be rendered once every quarter on any day and shall include tasks such as 4cip a Complete visual inspect4nof e equipment fans power supplies connections and other peripherals b Hardware performance checks as required by PSALM Corporation c Software cheers such as size of files clean up of data and existence of updated backups d Risk ide ittfcat on for known software irregularities and provision for software patches updates e Vent check for safety or redundancy mechanisms and f With 247 full comprehensive services 3 The Bidder shall submit an Implementation Schedule indicatingthe required activities and the date of implementation 4 Bidder must have Technical support help desk 5 Bidder must provide procedures on support and problem escalation t 1
