If required, and where necessary, that the Common Seal of the Company be authorized to be affixed on the Principal Services Agreement in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company; for purposes of obtaining the transactional services under the HLOB applied for by the Company and made available by HLB/HLISB from time to time." 4. "THAT the Company authorizes the appointment of an authorized representative of the Company as the system administrators on behalf of the Company to create, maintain and approve the payment authorization workflow, the user profile or assignment of security codes to the user within the HLOB ('the System Administrator") identified in the Principal Services Agreement. In the event of the replacement of any of the System Administrator, the Company hereby authorizes the Authorized Signatories to appoint such replacement personnel from time to time and such replacement personnel shall be authorized to act as the System Administrator (for creation of end users of the HLOB) and/or the System Authorizer (for the approval of the creation of end users of the HLOB), as the case may be." 5. "THAT the Company acknowledges and agrees that the users will be duly authorized by the System Administrators to act for and on behalf of the Company to access and/or use the HLOB including without limitation the acceptance of terms and conditions or submission of forms, applications or documents, whether physically, electronically or otherwise (as the case may be)." "THAT the Authorized Signatories may apply for, accept and sign, all relevant documents drawn or to be drawn up in connection with the Auto-Sweep Service and THAT the Auto-Sweep Services is only applicable to the Current Account as indicated in the Auto-Sweep Services Application Form." 3.
