6 Lif s committee structure On the members site (access for members only) under Lif s committees each committee is listed, and if you click on a committee you can see the composition of the committee, the terms of reference in Danish as well as English and the approved minutes of regular committee meetings. You can get access to Lif s task forces and EXPE networks on the site where Lif s committees are available. Procedure for nomination of candidates to EFPIA The procedure was adopted by Lif Board at a meeting on August 23, Companies that are full members of EFPIA (Novo Nordisk and H. Lundbeck) nominate candidates to vacant positions in EFPIA s committees and working parties. Alternatively, Lif can nominate candidates to the committees and working groups that are of no interest to Novo Nordisk and H. Lundbeck. These candidates can be found among Lif s employees or Lif s other member companies (e.g. LEO-Pharma, ALK-Abelló, Ferring) that previously have been nominated by Lif to EFPIA s committees and working parties. Lif may appoint observers to EFPIA s committees and working parties in areas relevant to Lif s committees. Obligations The industry s representatives in EFPIA who are members of Lif s committees are obliged to keep the secretariat and Lif s committees updated on EFPIA proceedings at the regular meetings in Lif. The representatives are also expected to participate in the annual information exchange meeting held by Lif for committee members of both Lif and EFPIA. February
