Welcome Your patient wants a beautiful smile, but you notice advanced wear what should you do? What you don t know might hurt you, but we can help. Your patients deserve both masticatory function and esthetic appearance working in harmony. As we find balance between these two goals, we are creating the right fit. The skills taught at the Eubank Teaching Institute will help you achieve these goals. The Eubank Teaching Institute trains dentists from around the world, instructing them in the skills that create cosmetic, physiological and emotional well-being for their patients, now and far into the future. The skills learned at the Eubank Teaching Institute will give you the confidence to treat even complex wear cases while providing superior esthetics. Our hands-on courses limited to only ten students will train you in these techniques while teaching you how to incorporate them into your practice. We offer programs ranging from beginning and advanced occlusion, to anterior and posterior esthetics that can enhance your practice, show you better ways to deal with difficult cases, and help you develop stronger relationships with your patients. We believe that the only way to learn occlusion and understand how to apply it to the patients in your practice is to have the kind of hands-on experience that we offer. Your education is not limited to the classroom, or even the operatory a critical component of our coursework is conducted at Eubank Laboratories. We will walk you through specific exercises that will teach you specific skills, because we believe that theory without mentored application is an inferior method of learning. Instructors will guide you through every aspect of the techniques we employ, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Eubank as you take these concepts and apply them to your own cases. Take a look at all we have to offer. If you have any questions, please contact us at (toll-free) We look forward to working with you.
Why Choose the Eubank Teaching Institute? What will I learn that can help me better serve my patients? You will learn the techniques that provide superior esthetics within the framework of optimal occlusion. Dentists don t want to perform an esthetic procedure that results in subsequent repair work. But, undergraduate universities do not have enough time to sufficiently train dentists in many of the high-demand procedures performed today. By integrating esthetic techniques with the principles of proper occlusion, you will be able to address complex cases with confidence. You will learn how to provide your patients with proper functional balance. Eubank Teaching Institute presents a method of bite balancing. Instead of simply grinding away tooth structure to achieve equilibration, we add as much tooth structure as we remove to balance masticatory forces. How will my practice improve? You will build your reputation by having the ability to deliver superior esthetics and function, even in wear cases. We have simplified and condensed the essential elements into a workable system. You can implement this system right away. Our practical systems provide predictable results, and give you the confidence and ability to treat even advanced wear cases. Dr. Eubank s accurate processes create repeatable success including finding the proper joint position with a verifiable technique. Incorporating these skills into your practice will help you grow your practice and build your reputation. You will have a support system that can assist you when difficult cases arise. The time you spend training at the Eubank Teaching Institute focuses on how to apply these techniques to your own practice. Our support system gives you the opportunity to contact Dr. Eubank or his staff to discuss individual cases. In addition, we offer consultation services to give our alumni the ability to work with Dr. Eubank one-on-one when difficult cases arise. Why should I come to the Eubank Teaching Institute? To learn a practical system that works. An understanding and application of the principles of occlusion is a prerequisite for predictable, long-lasting dentistry. A properly engineered occlusion not only improves the comfort and esthetics for our patients, but this system makes seemingly complicated and difficult cases much easier to treat. These principles and their applications can be mastered by any dentist who is striving to deliver a higher quality of dentistry. To learn principles and techniques that can be applied immediately a superior learning experience. Dr. Eubank the inventor of many of these techniques instructs and guides as you apply your new skills in diagnosis of the masticatory system and bite balancing. To enhance the learning experience, classes are kept small, and you will receive one-on-one instruction and clinical experience as you learn our techniques in the classroom, practice them in the lab, and apply them in the operatory.
Essential Occlusion for Esthetics and Function Advanced Assistant Record Taking A System to Build A Comprehensive Dental Practice Essential Occlusion for Esthetics and Function It is essential to understand the rules of function and what a proper occlusion should look like. However, by itself, this knowledge is not enough. There must be a system that is simple enough to be applied routinely in the course of treating our everyday patients. Furthermore, it must be predictable and generate consistent results. In Essential Occlusion For Esthetics And Function, Part 1, you will learn the same system that I have used and refined with great success for over 26 years. We teach what we do on a routine basis in our offices come and learn the natural philosophy of occlusion! In this course you will learn: An occlusal philosophy and system that works, whether used for single tooth dentistry or full mouth reconstruction; A method for recording the proper joint position that guarantees accuracy even on patients who resist you; A method to verify that the joint position is correct; A system to prevent veneers and all ceramic crowns from chipping and breaking; How to treat bruxers and wear cases; How to stabilize a case to avoid further deterioration while waiting for the patient to be ready to proceed; What an engineering check is and how its use will increase patient comfort and make your crowns last; A system to easily achieve centric relation records and verify that what exists in the patient s mouth is accurately transferred to the articulator, functionally and esthetically; A step-by-step system for equilibration (bite balancing) that is simple, easy to apply and gets consistent results; How to achieve and monitor the stability of your patient s occlusion; How your hygienist should be educating your patients about occlusal issues during recall visits. Fee $5300 Upcoming Dates December 8-10, 2005 March 9-11, 2006 June 6-8, 2006 August 24-26, 2006 December 7-9, 2006
Essential Occlusion for Esthetics and Function Advanced Assistant Record Taking A System to Build A Comprehensive Dental Practice You are at the right place at the right time. The demand for a dentist that can deliver a properly engineered occlusion has never been greater. In order to deliver, we need reliable systems that are easily applied and get consistent results. The acid test of any system is: Does it work in your hands? In your office? On your patients? In this course you will learn: How to handle TMD patients in pain and determine which ones should and should not be treated; A predictable step-by-step system for diagnosing and treating the worn dentition; When you should and should not open a patient s vertical dimension; How to reduce a patient s bite force; How to know a patient will tolerate opening their bite before you restore the occlusion; How to engineer a patient s bite for longevity even in bruxers; A joint classification system that is easy to understand and has clinical significance; An occlusal classification system that relates to function and not just tooth position; A method for treatment planning complicated wear cases and how to improve their esthetics with predictability and longevity; How to equilibrate complicated occlusions to establish stability. Fee $5300 Upcoming Dates June 23-25, SOLD OUT November. 3-5, 2005 January 26-28, 2006 May 18-20, 2006 October 5-7, 2006

Essential Occlusion for Esthetics and Function Advanced Assistant Record Taking A System to Build A Comprehensive Dental Practice A System to Build A Comprehensive Dental Practice A unique system that allows the dentist and team to lead the patient through a discovery process that addresses their chief concerns and makes them aware of all their issues. This is a co-discovery process that creates value in the mind of the patient for what you do. Patients do not say yes until they see value. The process allows the dentist to be a consultant for the patient, in order to help them achieve their goals through comprehensive dentistry. This is accomplished through a long- or short-tem strategy that fits the patient s budget and time requirements. How to create the appropriate treatment plan and sequence treatment for predictable longevity and patient satisfaction will be discussed with patient examples. In this course, you will learn: How to sequence a case; How and why you should collect a separate lab bill; Why becoming a consultant helps the patient; How to phase treatment appropriately; How to go from an insurance practice to a no insurance practice. Fee $5300 Upcoming Dates July 20-22, 2006
