If pertinent, the Unit Owner will be offered assistance in having repairs made and the cost of those repairs shall be added to the Unit Owner s account. If the violation is not corrected within 14 days, a Certified, Return Receipt letter will be mailed to the Unit Owner notifying them of the date, (not less than 14 days from the date of the letter), time and place that the Violation Hearing will be held.
