Clifford Paper represents a full spectrum of printing and specialty papers, distributing more than 700,000 tons of paper per year. This joint venture brings together the required sourcing, service, market knowledge and financial resources needed to secure and maintain availability of the right paper products at the right place, at the right time and always at the right competitive market price.

8 Management Team Edgar L. Smith, Jr. Chief Executive Officer. Also President of The World Packaging Company, LLC. Over 20 years of solid sales and marketing experience with Fortune 500 Companies. Specifically, thirteen years of industry experience with commercial printing and paper companies including R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., James River Corporation, Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Smurfit-Stone. He progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility, such as Sales Manager and National Account Manager. Over the years, he has successfully called on and sold numerous national accounts, including Wal-Mart and the Procter & Gamble Company. Richard A. Baptiste President & Chief Operating Officer. Over 20 years of experience in the printing and publishing industries with various printing and publishing companies in a vast array of operational positions including Time & Life, L.P. Thebault Company, as well as USA TODAY, as the Director of Quality Services, Director of Network Operations and Director/Field Operations. 8 Years of academic training from the New York School of Printing (Class of 84) & Rochester Institute of Technology (Class of 88)

Clifford Manager. 32 years of experience in the paper industry and has been President of Clifford Paper, Inc. since Clifford Paper, Inc, is one of the largest and fastest growing independent paper distributors in North America representing a full spectrum of printing and specialty papers. Dedicated to the catalog, magazine publishing, book, commercial printing, and retail/pre-print advertising and specialty paper markets. Cumulative sales for 2005 were over 700,000 tons.

26 Management Team Elizabeth Mallory - is the President of Heritage Financial Recovery Services, a Collection agency located in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey, incorporated in Her career in collections began in the summer of 1977 as a temporary employee. Ms. Mallory went on to become President of Heritage Financial Recovery Services, after working in the company for 11 years. Ms. Mallory is a nationally recognized businesswoman and leader in the Credit and Collection industry. Among her many accomplishments, she has successfully lobbied the United States Congress on behalf of her industry and created the Quest for Excellence scholarship, awarded each year to a high school student pursuing a career in finance. She presently serves as a Trustee on the Board of the New Jersey Association of Collection Agencies and as a Board Member of ACPAC, American Collector s Association Political Action Committee, she is informed on federal and state laws and legislative updates affecting the collection industry. While there have been many changes since 1977 to the Collection Industry, Ms. Mallory s core focus remains unchanged; to create mutually beneficial long term relationships with her clients while maintaining the integrity of all involved. John Clifford - John began his business career with Procter and Gamble in consumer product sales. He received industrial sales experience with St. Regis Paper Company. From 1975 to the present John has been in sales, sales management, executive management and has been 100% owner of Clifford Paper Inc which was established in Clifford Paper is now one of the largest and most respected paper distribution companies in the world. From Clifford Paper s industry size and scope, to the company s technological superiority, to it s ownership in a certified minority based enterprise, World-Pac Paper, Clifford Paper continues to grow exponentially.
