9 Nicole is President and COO of Citra Health Solutions (formerly Orange Health Solutions / MZI Healthcare). Prior to co-founding Citra, she was a founding Executive and Chief Information Officer for Rise Health, where won the prestigious U.S. Department of Health and Human Services health data award for IT innovation. Prior to Rise, Nicole spent 16 years leading operations and information technology programs for UnitedHealth Group and Cigna HealthCare. Nicole holds a bachelor s degree in statistics/math from the University of Florida. She is a board member and CEO of the Florida Association of ACO s, board member of Boys and Girls Clubs of NE Florida, co-chairs the ambulatory committee for Central / North Florida HIMSS, Dean s Council member for University of North Florida and member of the Junior League of Jacksonville. 10 LeeAnn is VP of Program and Product Development for Citra Health Solutions. With over 20 years of healthcare experience spanning key functions from marketing, sales, service and information technology, she has a broad knowledge of the health care industry and led a healthcare reform strategic analysis team which assessed strategic, business and market implications of the healthcare reform law. At Citra, LeeAnn is accountable for leading the strategy, design and maintenance of new and existing software applications as well as value-based care programs and services. LeeAnn received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Florida and received her Masters of Business Administration from Jacksonville University. 11 Catherine is Vice President, Operations & Implementation at Citra Health Solutions (formerly Orange Health Solutions / MZI Healthcare). Prior to joining Citra, she was Director of Train & Engine Payroll for CSX Transportation, where she delivered support and service to 12,000+ operating craft employees. Catherine implemented a Claims Reengineering project which resulted in over $2M in annual cost savings and resulted in winning the Chairman s Award of Excellence. Prior to CSX, Catherine established and ran a successful technology recruiting search firm. Catherine holds a bachelor s degree from Jacksonville University in Computer Information Management. 12 Krista is the Program Development Manager of Citra Health Solutions. Krista s scientific background is in developmental neurobiology and has published research in the Journal of Comparative Neurology. Following her time in research, Krista pursued a career in nursing graduating at the top of her class at Jacksonville University. Krista s clinical areas of expertise are women s health, medical-surgical studies, and neuroscience. Krista has extensive experience in program development for clinical staff in hospital initiatives and in writing and developing continuing education content. She also has experience founding patient education enterprises for hospital organizations as well as the pharmaceutical industry.
