Evaluated research samples, methodological procedures, interventions designed to enhance control, and control measures utilized over the past 30 years. 1/97 to 9/98 Pima Health System Behavioral Health Team, Tucson, AZ Pre-doctoral Psychology Intern: (2000 Hours). Provided psychological consultation and psychotherapy and developed comprehensive behavior plans for inpatient and outpatient long-term care population. Served adults of all ages with physical disabilities, neurological disorders, and mental illnesses. Collaborated with Behavioral Health Team members and physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans; provided consultation, training, and support to clients and family members and entire Behavioral Health Team; referred clients and families to psychological and community support services; maintained documentation on clients status and progress; and ensured compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. 5/91 to 12/96 Division of Developmental Disabilities, Tucson, AZ Residential Coordinator: Coordinated and managed the training for over 100 supervisory and direct care staff charged with the responsibility of providing residential services for adults with developmental disabilities residing at the Arizona Training Program, group homes, and adult care homes. Analyzed and revised employee recruitment and hiring systems; developed policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and regulations; oversaw all employee evaluation practices; and assisted with the planning and coordination of the closure of the Arizona Training Program.
