14 Main Steps in the engineering works program Listing of works June for the work with the significant impact on capacities September-October for all works from the Operating Divisions Schedule planning : October-December Dialogue with other TSO and french Storage & LNG Operators to coordinate operations that with have an impacts on the interconnections Evaluation of capacity availability and validation of program feasibility : December-January End of January: first draft of works program sent to shippers Description of day to day capacity available for each contractual path Any remarks to be received by the end of February Reference Works Schedule is official at the beginning of March

15 Discussion with shippers This year we sent the first information on the program in August, followed by 2 other sendings in December and mid-january Final draft version of the work schedule sent at the end of January GRTgaz s expectations Remarks and questions from shippers in february => possibility to organize bilateral meetings (call your operational usual contact) Important in case of adaptation needed Difficulties to adapt the program after the beginning of march

18 Principle used to calculate capacity The tariff scheme represents the physical constraints on the network Contractual capacity is a maximum flow in a pipe or the sum of flows in several pipes A capacity is associated with a set direction
