3 real experience Our roots and our experience run deep. Formed in 1996, Central Realty s history goes back as far as 1938 with Leo Eisenberg Company, where our founding partners gained much of their experience in the industry. Today, the owners and staff have more than 150 combined years of experience in real estate. Our staff is highly educated, participating in programs by Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Three members have earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), with a collective 80 years of experience in property management, including new construction, redevelopment, rehabs and upgrades. With the majority of our business in the retail arena, staff members play an active role in the International Council of Shopping Centers, including leadership positions within the organization.

4 real service In our first decade Central Realty amassed a portfolio of more than 35 properties either managed or leased in seven Midwestern states with a total value in excess of $200 million. In addition, the company has been involved in the sale of more than 30 shopping centers and has brokered the sale of major office buildings. We earned this kind of business by putting our clients first. We have an in-depth understanding of our clients businesses coupled with the knowledge of local markets and each property we handle.
