Holds extra large size A true wonder of space: The ATRIUM HS 300 lift and slide fitting provides opening widths of over 6.50 m for glass panels 13 m wide with no upright posts obstructing the way (Configuration C). This system is suitable for all standard lift and slide windows, whether they are made of timber, PVC or aluminium. Barrier-free and easy to operate, of course Barrier-free access is achieved with the ThermoTop threshold thanks to the low running rail. The stop and espag damper system HS soft stop / soft lift ensures that large panels are moved conveniently and very smoothly and then gently brought to a stop. Safe ventilation and locking ATRIUM HS 300 with practical nightventilation function. In its standard design, the espag can be fitted with profile cylinders. Burglary protection can be enhanced even further with HS safe as HS safe effectively prevents a closed sash from being prised open. Extremely easy installation The system ensures rapid installation. This is plain to see from the slide-on running rails, the convenient frame corner fastening, the preassembled thresholds and the easy-to-install bogies and espags. Excellent running characteristics HAUTAU is the only manufacturer to equip its highly corrosion-protected bogies with cleaning brushes. 3 The ATRIUM HS 300 lifts and slides sashes weighing up to 300 kg. Tandem configurations can manage up to 400 kg. The permitted sash height ranges from 1,200 to 2,700 mm (up to 3,300 mm with an extension) while sash widths range from 720 to 3,235 mm. The outside frame width can be up to 6,500 mm. In next to no time, the lift and slide fitting ATRIUM HS cleverly transforms floor-to-ceiling windows into a convenient through access. Thanks to a well-engineered mechanism, the beautifully shaped HAUTAU design handle has a pleasantly compact and discreet appearance. No condensation build-up The ThermoTop threshold ensures optimum isothermal characteristics not only in the sliding sash, but also in the fixed section. Thermal bridges are prevented. Even if the outside temperature falls to -15 C, the surface temperature on the threshold itself is still over 10 C. Sleek appearance The visible exterior surfaces on the Thermo- Top threshold are covered with detachable aluminium sections. The system is suitable for gently decelerating smooth-running, yet heavy sashes up to 400 kg before they reach the lock position (optionally also available in the open direction). The damper technology concealed in the aluminium casing is fitted onto the jamb. Pre-set damper for all sash weights. Thanks to HS soft stop, window panels are treated with care, resulting in a longer service life. HS soft lift espag damper effortless lifting and gentle lowering: the new HS soft lift espag damper for ATRIUM HS and Alu-HS systems produces a dual effect: Helps users to lift the slide sash when opening, so that the effort required is minimised. Decreases even further the handle rebound typical in such systems when closing and lowering. Particularly heavy window panels up to 400 kg can be opened and closed easily and conveniently. HS safe was developed as an addition to the ATRIUM HS lift and slide range. It can be used for elements made of timber, PVC or aluminium.
