Heavy Duty Hand Truck The Gasser Heavy Duty HT-23 Stack Chair Hand Truck is constructed with a welded assembly of heavy gauge steel tube that is protected with a durable, Eco-Friendly Powder Coat finish. An upholstered pad is positioned to support a stack of chairs with two 10 pneumatic tires mounted on steel wheels with a ball-bearing assembly and two 4 solid hard rubber swivel casters positioned at both the front and rear of the hand truck. This HD Hand Truck is designed to tilt back on the rear set of wheels in order to safely transport a stack of 10 chairs with less effort and better efficiency.
