EUR 9 million Turnaround Management (TAM)/Business Advisory Services (BAS) Civil Aviation Bankers Training Telecom Regulatory Development Mining Authority Capacity Building Since 2006, the Fund was transformed to a Technical Assistance Fund for private sector project development
