2 Le Mat who we are Le Mat, a no-profit organization, is a development agency of social enterprises operating in hospitality and tourism industry. It has 18 members between: Social co-operatives which operate in hospitality sector or aim to set up new activities in this industry; Consortia of social co-operatives or other development agencies of social enterprises.

3 Le Mat mission Le Mat acts in order to sustain social enterprises growth in tourism and hospitality industry and to support sustainable local development. Le Mat works to contribute to: Create hospitality able to transfer to tourists and travellers experiences and knowledge of local communities and of people who lives and works in; Develop responsible enterprises able to contribute to create good practice's community in hospitality and sustainable development at local level; Project enterprises able to include and promote career for people in difficulties or at risk of social and labor exclusion.
