2 [ Flexibility and precision ] The machine in portal design ensures considerable stability, absolute precision in machining and high dynamics. The Umill 1800 allows 5-axis machinings, such as drilling, threading and turning in a single setup. [ Compact and accessible ] Wide axes travels 1800 x 2150 x 1250 mm with reduced overall dimensions in the workshop. The loading / unloading is simplified through wide openings available in the machine covering.

4 [ Technology ] Umill 1800 does not require foundation works while ensuring maximum accuracy and rigidity. Mechanical milling head with minimal air/oil lubrication. Axes feed rate of 60 m/min. A-axis movement takes advantage of the technology of the two synchronized, zero backlash gearmotors. Full digital package: all the measuring system has high frequency digital data transmission, the machine is free from any electrical noise Safety integrated: maximum user friendly machine combined with maximum operator safety.
