To facilitate your stay, we have compiled this quick reference guide providing basic information on directions, local accommodations and dining suggestions. You will also find here important information regarding the day(s) of your briefing. The Rome Software Executive Briefing Center is hosted by the IBM site located in the EUR Torrino area. 1

2 The IBM Software Executive Briefing Program is designed to provide a professionally facilitated event to insure the highest value for the time a Client spends in a visit. The dayʼs agenda is tailored to meet Clientʼs specific business requirements in a professional environment. Briefings can include interactive presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to illustrate how IBMʼs latest technologies can assist a Client in solving their business and technical challenges. Access to IBMʼs development executives, top product architects, and subject matter experts enhance the value of the Clientʼs visit. Arrival The briefing will be conducted at the IBM Software Executive Briefing Center - Rome located at Via Sciangai, Rome. It is important that your party arrives together and that you remain in the briefing throughout the day. The briefing will start when all attendees are present. Our speakers have been scheduled on the briefing agenda at specific times, therefore timely arrival is appreciated. If circumstances arise that will delay your arrival, please call your Briefing Consultant to advise. Reserved parking could be available for your Customers if you ask for this option at least three days prior to the visit (youʼll have to notify the car plate details and the name of the driver). Refer to Rome site map on Page 3 for the visitor's parking location. When you enter the main gate, ask for the Reception of the building 2 where the Executive Briefing Center is located then please, identify yourself to the receptionist. He/she will notify the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) of your arrival and the Briefing Consultant will reach you to escort you to the EBC, located at the 5 th floor of Building 2. Dress code Dress code for the briefing is business casual. All presenters will be dressed in business casual, and we invite you to do the same. Please advise the Briefing Consultant in advance if there is a need for formal business attire. 2
