3 Executive Summery - Activities in the highly prospective NW Bergslagen Scandinavian Highlands holds 8 licences covering 165 km 2 in NW Bergslagen. A deep ore body (Zn, Pb, Cu) is situated within our near-mine licence in Falun. A potential continuation of the Falun mine Au-Cu ore has been identified towards the SE. Large airborne TEM / MAG anomaly has been identified within our licence area 7 km SW of Falun. A newly acquired licence holds significant potential for VMS deposits.

6 The Falun Copper Mine - Summary During centuries the Falun mine was of major strategic importance for Sweden. The mine closed in 1992 after more than 1000 years of continuous mining and was among the largest gold deposits in Sweden. The Falun Mine is now preserved as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.

9 The Falun Area - Samuelsdal target The exploration carried out by Scandinavian Highlands indicate a potential continuation of the Falun mineralisation within the poorly explored area of Samuelsdal Soil sample geochemistry with anomalous high Au-Cu-Zn-Pb values. Both airborne and ground based geophysics suggest mineralisations in a SE strike from the Falun mine. Favourable geology on surface and deep drill cores. High grade Copper Mineralisation in outcrops. Encouraging drill results, with local Bonanza grades only 300 m from our licence area.

19 Holmen - A potential blind sulphide deposit New modern geochemistry and geophysics outline a significant target at Holmen Airborne TEM and MAG has identified a large TEM anomaly associated with a major structural lineament. Ground based magnetic confirm the airborne target. Geological observations suggests a large scale fold enclosing the potential mineralisation, suggesting favourable geology for mineralisation. Soil Gas Hydrocarbon (SGH) survey confirming the potential mineralisation. Drill target indentified.

25 The Mårtanberg License - A new large exploration property in NW-Bergslagen with significant VMS potential New licence area with little or no modern exploration with great potential for new major discoveries. Known historic mines that have experienced little or no exploration with today's modern techniques. Major ductile shear zone mapped by SGU. Stream sediment samples with very high Zn values. Carbonate skarn (Grab samples with up to 28% Zn). Indications of a large hydrothermal mineralised system, which is untested. Desolated area great for airborne TEM/MAG survey.

26 Mårtanberg Historic Mine - Falun type mineralisation and alteration Mined from 1801 to Never tested for gold (First gold in Falun found in 1881). 257 tons of copper was mined to a depth of only 80 meter. Only very high grade ore has been mined. No modern exploration or drilling. Highly prospective (in depth and along strike).
