4 Overview IBSP, Internet Business Service Provider, is a global virtual business system for all kinds of international and national business services and operational administration. IBSP is a Hong Kong based company with subsidiary companies in United Arab Emirates; IBSP FZCO (free zone company) and Sweden; IBSP Sweden AB. IBSP s objective is to assist and relieve small businesses and private persons from difficult and complicated business administration tasks with an on-line centralized server based virtual desk top service including manual or automatic internet invoice, bill and volume salary payment solutions. Our Inspiration A study made by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) show that the main obstacles for a private person to become self-employed are: Not enough funding Not enough time Not enough knowledge of current taxation laws Fear of too much bureaucracy and legal issues Fear of losing an already stable income The realization of these profound yet relatively simple obstacles that needed to be resolved and overcome was the inspiration and motivation for the idea of IBSP and its creation. 4 Internet Business Service Provider

5 Our Beginnings IBSP was conceived and founded by Mr. Bengt Arnesson a successful Swedish security software engineer and business entrepreneur who started several flourishing national and international corporations. For the last 25 years Mr Arnesson has also owned and operated Ardy Electronics Ltd, a Hong Kong based company that specializes in esecurity and encryption products for mainly governmental, military and large blue ship corporations. Understanding the challenges facing new start ups and the hurdles to undertake international business Mr. Arnesson commenced planning and investing into the technology of IBSP with the intention to relieve and assist anyone who wants to start a business as well as established businesses to operate more efficiently on a national and international level. To help realize this, an eminent team of engineers and technical collaborators have worked to create the core technology and service platform which has now been refined and perfected. This was followed by gathering together a strategic board of advisors and venture partners from different business disciplines and cultural backgrounds around the world who shared the vision and aim to successfully bring IBSP to the world-wide marketplace. It is the belief of the board of management that the next generation of the internets usefulness will be found in virtual services for entrepreneurs on the move. Just as global communications and travel broke down sovereign boarders, as virtual internet based business services over ride individual computers and the software programs contained in them. 7 Our Stakeholders Mr. Bengt Arnesson: Founder and owner of IBSP Hong Kong Ltd An entrepreneur born in Sweden in 1955, alumnus of Linköping University, former technical director of SAAB Combitech Process Automation AB Sweden. He started Ardy Electronics AB in 1984, specializing in systems for secure telecommunication and encryption technology. He developed his own proprietary Encryption Algorithm in 1985 and has delivered security solutions to more than 50 Governments around the world. He is also founder and owner of Credo Investment Ltd and has been involved as an entrepreneur for companies such as ASSA Key Solution AB Sweden. Mr. Peter Kaeser: Partner and executive Director in IBSP Hong Kong Ltd Graduated from the HWV business school in Zurich in economics and started his career as marketer for ABB and ANDRE & Cie. Joined Credit Suisse Bank and Credit Swiss Group, working in Lugarno and the Zurich head office as an investment adviser. This led to further assignments as a Director of Credit Suisse Group, including relocation to various Gulf countries, where he was active in private banking, asset management and gold bullion. Cloud Computing is the name given to accessing technology services from the internet (the Cloud ) rather than a personal computer or local server. It allows users to tap into the power of large networked servers and to access data and applications from anywhere. This also can mean paying for services on a per-user basis rather than buying servers, storage and software. Cloud computing is also seen as an subset of grid computing that includes utility computing and other approaches to the use of shared computing resources. Again, this is seen as a reliable, cost effective alternative to having local servers or personal devices handling users applications. The concept is very simple: On your desk, you would have a very low-cost platform independent computer with just a processor, a keyboard and a monitor. There would be no hard drive or CD/DVD drive. It would be hooked up to the Internet and would link to a central supercomputer, which would host all of your programs and files. Any person can register on the web site as a customer and get access to international business with products and services from small to large corporations. The service includes all possible functions that are required for doing business. Each registered customer gets their own virtual internet bank account in Euros or US dollars and tools to start doing business in their local office or remotely over the internet. All customer information and services are stored secure on IBSP s central servers in Sweden with multi backbone high speed fiber optic internet connections. The service is accessible from anywhere via internet and is not dependent of any special operating system such as windows or apple, it is platform independent. 9 Our Technology Encryption Encryption is a means of encrypting information for transmission, in this case, between your PC and the IBSP s computing systems. Information that is encrypted at one end is decrypted (decoded) upon receipt at the other end. 128-bit SSL encryption is also used as a double layer of encryption that is available for our Internet based services. The server systems are also well protected by firewalls, backup systems and automated intrusion detection and Vulnerability Management Solutions software. IBSP Back Office uses a 256-bit encryption key to encrypt all stored information at the servers and all messages between your PC and the IBSP servers using the IBSP-Secure surf and login software. The main effort when developing this unique tool has been put into security to ensure that the IBSP customers businesses are protected with the most sophisticated and up-to-date development techniques. Horizontally Scalable By providing a Linear increase in cost (as opposed to vertically scalable) IBSP has provided the most cost effective system for the internet. What this means is that the system is built so that our size can grow gradually instead of through large hardware investments. As any online solution, IBSP receives and processes all their customers through the Servers. (I.e. all information regarding products, sales, etc. is stored in servers and all the transactions are made through the server). So, when a sale is made it is actually (technically) the server that makes the earnings as it receives and holds the proceeds. Therefore an innovative business model is to allow investors to invest in IBSP servers, (acquiring Server Units ). Where by a proportional percentage is given on the server transactions (earnings). 11 Our Operations IBSP servers are connected online to the banks through the Swedish bankgiro centralen and SEB, Scandinaviska Enskilda banken. The system can handle volume payments of salaries, incoming and outgoing payments of invoices. Bank statements are online and updates are done to all virtual bank accounts in real time using custom designed API and standard OCR technology. The IBSP servers can also be connected to other local banks and telecom companies for custom design online services. The IBSP servers handle both private and corporate virtual internet bank accounts, called backoffice where internal transfer is free of charge, and transfers to banks and external companies are charged with transaction fees.
