8 Stage 2: key findings 1/3 1. Only 35% of the scenarios reached the target of an 80% reduction 2. Southern European stakeholders were less confident in mitigation chances than the rest of Europe 3. Low Carbon Electricity generation is key to mitigation % de-carbonised grid would on its own reduce European CO2 emissions by less than 25%
