Go East on NE 179 th St. towards Battle Ground. (opposite direction from Event Center) Go past NE 72 nd Ave. (signal light and John Deere store); go South (right) on NE 92 nd Ave. NE 92 nd Ave. has stop sign and then curves east (left) and becomes NE 156 th. Turn left (north) into driveway at 9628 and continue through gates, past house, to gravel parking lot. PARKING PARKING ON GRAVEL LOT ONLY NO PARKING ALONG THE DRIVE OR ON THE GRASS. ATTENTION EXHIBITORS No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to acceptance. Telephone, telegraph, faxed, incomplete or unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on official AKC herding entry forms or photo copies of the official AKC herding entry form without the agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC herding entry form cannot be accepted. The American Belgian Tervuren Club, Inc. assumes no responsibility for wrong or incomplete information provided by the owner or the owner s agent on the entry form. ENTRIES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED, CANCELLED, ALTERED OR SUBSTITUTED AFTER ENTRIES HAVE CLOSED. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the veterinarian or judge or barred from participation by the Trial Committee. If it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to, snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme temperatures, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, livestock, exhibitors, judges and spectators. The well being of the dogs, livestock, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance. In the event it is necessary to cancel or stop this test/ trial before completion, no refund of entry will be made. Entries will not be accepted without entry fees. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Trial Secretary will add a $40.00 fee to the amount of each returned check. Returned checks from an exhibitor will result in their being on a cash basis only. The American Belgian Tervuren Club, Inc., and Brigand s HideOut assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators, or to any of their dogs or property, and further assumes no responsibility for injury to any child not under the control of his or her parents or guardians. Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their dogs on leash (except when in the arena or stock dogs when working) and under control at all times. Exhibitors MUST clean up after their dogs. We would like to be able to use this facility for future test/trials. There is shade for you and your dogs. Bring your crates. Bring appropriate wear for the weather (there can be rain!). You will need your chairs and whatever else you may wish to pack to be comfortable. Port -a- Potties are on the grounds. Water is available for the dogs. REPLACEMENT COSTS Brigand s HideOut is a working farm and therefore has livestock and farm equipment. If injured, The replacement cost for sheep is $ The cost for damage to the facility property (gates, Obstacles, buckets, etc.) is the cost to replace the item. There are other livestock on the Premises and their replacement value for geese, ducks, & chickens is $ For Alpacas is $1,500, for Cattle is $2,500 and for Guardian Dogs: $2,000. Damage to neighboring properties Is also included in this and will be assessed at the cost to replace the item(s) damaged. Any driving on grass is $50. All handlers should pick up after their dogs. There are garbage cans and pooper scoopers available throughout the facility. Make sure garbage cans have liners before using.
