1 Info Sheet on ODS Licensing 2011 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM Submitted & Validity: 31 January 2011 Introduction The data provided in this Info Sheet is provided and used to assist countries effort to monitor trans-boundary movements of Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) covered under the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. The data should facilitate the process of reviewing export requests in the originating country, cross-checking them with the data provided by the destination country, and making appropriate decision regarding issuing of a license. In case that either exporting or importing country needs further information about any particular request for export/ import, persons listed in the section of this sheet, Information on contact persons, agree to receive queries related to import and export of ODS and to respond in a timely manner, preferably within 10 working days of receiving a request of information. This Info Sheet is updated annually in the beginning of the year and posted at (members only site) by UNEP Compliance Assistance Programme (CAP) in Bangkok, Thailand.
