1 Decree 37/2007 (III. 26.) GKM of the Ministry of Economy and Transport on toll motorways, highways and main roads In fulfillment of the competence of the scope of responsibilities laid out in Section 1 item e) of Government Decree 163/2006 (VII. 28.) on the jurisdiction and scope of responsibilities of the Minister of Economy and Transport, and based on the authorized by Section 48 paragraph (3) item g) of Act I of 1988 on transportation on public roads (hereinafter: Road Transport Act), in agreement with the Minister of Finance, I hereby order the following: Section 1 1 (1) Except as provided for herein, use of the expressways listed in Annex 1 with vehicles under Decree 36/2007 (III. 26.) GKM on the tolls payable for the use of motorways, highways and main roads (hereinafter GKM Decree 36/2007. [III. 26.]) (hereinafter tolled motor vehicles) shall be subject to a user charge, or an excess charge when such user charge has not been paid. (2) The road sections that may be used with certain authorizations as specified in Section 6(3) of Decree 36/2007. (III. 26.) GKM are listed in Annex 2. Section 2 2 No user charge is required to be paid for the use of the following expressways with tolled motor vehicles: a) Highway M0 aa) on the section between Main Road 1 and Motorway M5, ab) on the section between Highway M4 (sign of Highway 4) and Motorway M3, ac) on the section between Main Road 2 and Main Road 11; b) Motorway M31; c) 3 d) the Pecs south-west loop section of the M60 motorway between roads no. 58 and 5826, e) 4 the section of the M85 expressway between the Csorna East and the M85-M86 diverging, f) Highway M86; g) Motorway M8; h) Highway M9 on the section between Main Road 6 and Main Road 51; i) Highway M9 on the Kaposvar loop section (sign of Main Road 61); j) Highway M4 (sign of Main Road 4) on the section between Vecses and the road leading to Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport. Section 3 -Section 4 5 Section 5 This decree shall enter into force, with the exception of Subsection (2), on 1 April 2007, and shall simultaneously supersede Decree 110/2005 (XII. 23.) GKM on the toll of use of motorways, as well as Decree 13/2006. (III. 14.) GKM amending Decree 110/2005 (XII. 23.) GKM on the toll of use of motorways and Decree 79/2006. (XI. 23.) GKM amending Decree 110/2005 (XII. 23.) GKM. (2) 6 1 Established: Section 4 of Decree 3/2015 (I. 29.) of the Minister of National Economy. 2 Section 6 7 The present decree serves compliance with Section 1 2. a) point (1) of Directive 2006/38/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 amending Directive 1999/62/EC on the charging of heavy goods motor vehicles for the use of certain infrastructures. 6 Inserted: into Section 2 (1) of the same decree. GKM 8 Use of the following expressways shall be subject to a charge for vehicles under the Ministerial Decree on the tolls payable for the use of motorways, highways and main roads: 1. Highway M0 a) on the section between Motorway M5 and Highway M4 (sign of Main Road 4), b) on the section between Motorway M3 and Main Road 2; 2. Motorway M1; 3. Highway M2; 4. Motorway M3; 5. Motorway M5; 6. Motorway M6; 7. Motorway M7; 8. Highway M15; 9. Highway M19; 10. Motorway M30 between km sections and ; 11. Motorway M35; 12. Motorway M43; 13. Highway M51; 14. M60 motorway; 15. Highway M70; 16. The section of M4 Highway (sign of Highway 4) between the road leading to Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport and the of Üllő-Gyömrő (road no. 4603) (between km section and km section ) M85 highway section between Győr-West (0+000 km section) and Csorna-East ( km section). 8 Inserted: Section 6 (1) and Annex 1 of Decree /2015 (I. 29.) of the Minister of National Economy.
