4 PROFESSIONAL PREVIEW Target Hungary Security was founded in 2012 by professionals who have been working in the field of safeguarding and security for more than a decade. By uniting several companies we work with high security and old traditions for our old and future Clients. Target Hungary Security has a substantial number of associates and an infrastructure that covers the whole country. For the Clients needs they are ready to manage the easiest work as well as those that require special knowledge and preparation. The operation of Target Security suits all the required safeguarding and related regulations and laws. Dr Tamas Sipos has more than twenty years of routine in safeguarding and company leadership. He graduated in state acknowledged bodyguard and safeguarding courses in the USA and he continually improves his professional knowledge in available courses in Hungary. Zoltan Iszlai is the professional director of our companies. He has been working in safeguarding for more than two decades and he has spent ten years as a security director. He has begun his professional carrier in Hotel Mariott than he became a security director at Douwe Egbert s Zrt. controlling the security and maintenance. Our territorial leaders also have significant professional experience. We choose our guards by considering professional qualification, experience, excellent physical and mental condition or being familiar with martial arts. By preventing the violations of law and gaining appreciation of our Clients we would like to assure that those persons and objects guarded by our companies are in fact safe. Our operating culture is built on principles that help to develop a more sustainable and financially successful business with creating values as well as for our customers and employees. 5 RIGHTEOUSNESS LOYALTY WATCHFULNESS Righteousness our employees are well trained and reliable. They work as a balanced manpower when they fulfill their guarding tasks in different areas. Our company does not make compromises when it is about righteousness. Loyalty during our activities we work with empathy and we treat the property of our Client as it would be our own. Watchfulness being professional means to see, to hear and to pay attention. Our employees are always are always aware. We train them to be watchful so they can keep away all kind of potential dangers from the property of our Clients. INTRODUCTION TO OUR ACTIVITY: I. Guarding with manpower When it is about guarding buildings and their environment with manpower the most essential task is to keep the property and the workers safe. To fulfill our Clients orders our guards suit the official requirements defined by law. They have the qualifications and documents. They work in uniform with badge or in a uniform with tools requested by the Client. Our employed guards have all the required training, knowledge and they also participate in theoretical courses regularly to accomplish the tasks in an effective way. 5
6 Guarding object and territory (with or without weapon; with qualified guard dogs, with patrol pairs or standing guards) Reception service (welcoming, briefing and monitoring guests, login and logout systems, writing documents, monitoring vehicles and packages) Reception of lorry loads (login and logout of motor-cars and lorries, monitoring loads, writing documents) Securing events (securing events held by the Client with professional guards (even in case of events with thousands of people), treatment protocol of guests according to the newest security law) Private investigation (Our company does private investigation to satisfy our Clients needs. This means a discreet, fast and efficient environmental study, collection and protection of information.) II. Personal protection We live in the world where the issue of security is getting more and more important since our properties and physical integrity are subjects to numerous risk factors. We protect our Clients with guards who attended the academy for bodyguards and they are also familiar with martial arts. Our 24-hour service makes possible the immediate treatment of unexpected events. We are also in regular contact with the Hungarian authorities in case of official visits. VIP service: in a proper uniform with the proper tools (protected house, minibus for negotiations, limousine, in case of need we can also provide a chauffeur). 6

Money and value transfer Directorate of our company provides money and value transferring function for more than 10 years as a result of Clients satisfaction and increased number of returning customers. We provide money and value transfers in Hungary and abroad to the needs of our customers as well as special transportation with tools that are suitable for the purpose. We have an own 24-hour depository protected with armed guards which is suitable for counting cash and cash processing fulfillment of orders. IV. All-inclusive maintenance Schools, office buildings, bureaus, industrial facilities, all-inclusive maintenance of logistical and trading centers: Technical operation: maintenance, trouble-shooting Infrastructural service: guarding, cleaning and reception Vehicle fleet maintenance (including renting, servicing, cleaning) Rehousing offices nationwide (safes, furniture, technical devices, packing) Our company does the maintenance work as the Client requests so the daily tasks work smoothly as the agreed schedule and pricing. 7
