ROAD TRAFFIC ACT (CHAPTER 276) ROAD TRAFFIC (ELECTRONIC ROAD PRICING SYSTEM) (AMENDMENT) RULES 2015 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules: Citation and commencement 1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and shall come into operation on 2 February Amendment of First Schedule 2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 97/2011) is amended by deleting Table II in Division 2 of Part 1A and substituting the following Tables:
