1 THIS CONTRACT IS CO-FINANCED BY FUNDS FROM THE EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND AND THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC KOUKAAM a.s. invites interested parties to submit a tender to provide a service in a small-scale tender procedure (hereinafter the Tender ) arrangement of exhibition space at industrial exhibitions abroad: Computex - TAIPEI 2011 and CPSE Shenzen 2011 (hereinafter the Contract ) 1. PRECISE DEFINITION OF SUBJECT OF CONTRACT AND REQUIREMENTS OF CONTRACT AWARDING AUTHORITY As a part of marketing support for own products, in 2011 KOUKAAM a.s. will attend foreign exhibitions focused on security equipment as an exhibitor. The purpose of this selection procedure is to obtain a partner that will arrange a display at the following exhibition: 1

2 COMPUTEX (May 31 June 4, 2011), location: Taipei (Taiwan) CPSE SHENZHEN (Oct 29 Nov 1, 2011), location: Shenzhen (People's Republic of China) We regard the following as included in arranging the exhibition: Graphic design of stand for exhibition visualization (printed and in PDF or JPG file (detailed requirements for the form of the stand in annex No. 2), Rental of stand, assembly and disassembly of stand at the place of the exhibition Transport of exhibits and marketing materials to the place of the stand (including the necessary fittings and fixtures). More information in annex no Expected value of contract The expected value of the contract is CZK excluding VAT Expected date of performance of contract The date of performance of the contract depends on the date of the exhibition that the contract concerns (see above). 3. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACT The place of performance of the contract is the place of the exhibition (see above). 4. START DATE OF PERFORMANCE The start date of performance of the contract is conditional on the completion in full of the selection procedure. The start date for the performance of the contract depends on the timetable that will be part of the tender. 5. PROVING QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The basic qualification requirement is met by a bidder: a) That proves experience with arranging industrial exhibitions in China or Taiwan to an extent similar to that of this contract. 6. CONTENT OF TENDER A tender shall be signed by a person authorised to act for the company and shall contain the information specified below. 2

Document proving tenderer s qualifications: a) The specification of no less than 3 various industrial exhibitions arranged for 3 various contracting bodies in China or Taiwan, together with a description of the extent of services performed, not more than 5 years old; b) A tender shall contain visual documentation of such exhibitions realised Description of manner of performance of contract The prices for services shall be set out in a comprehensible table. a) A proposal for the stand s graphic design, including materials used and estimated costs. The requirements for the form of the stand are specified in Annex No. 2. b) The price of renting the stand. Information about the size of the arranged (rented) space is specified in Annex No. 1. c) Price of assembly and disassembly of the stands. d) The price and a proposal for the solution of the transport of exhibits and the necessary fittings, fixtures and marketing materials, together with the method of insurance and the timetable for transport. The necessary fittings and fixtures are regarding as being IP cameras, demonstration monitors, cables and other fittings and fixtures necessary to present the functions of the IPCorder and NETIO. 7. METHOD OF DRAFTING TENDER a) A tender shall be drafted in Czech or English b) A tender can be delivered by post or in person to: Prague 4, On business days from 9:00 to 16:00 to KOUKAAM s reception 3

4 c) A bid shall be submitted in documentary form together with a data medium (CD) that will contain an identical copy of the tender. This shall all be in a sealed envelope with the words výběrové řízení neotvírat (in English: selection procedure do not open ), where the date of receipt of a tender, not the date of sending, is decisive. 8. ASSESSMENT OF BIDDERS TENDERS Each member of the assessment commission shall determine the order of the tenders using the criteria specified below, which have the weight/importance allocated below. For the price criteria, the following formula will be used to assess tenders: lowest _ price 100 weight _ of _ parameters (%) price _ of _ assessed _ tender Where lowest_price is the lowest price tendered of the tenders assessed. Non-price parameters will be assessed on a points scale of (100 is the maximum). The assessment of non-price parameters will take place in accordance with the following key: Compliance by tenderer: insufficient.0 19 points sufficient points good points very good points excellent points Number_of_points_obtained*weight_of_parameters(%) The assessment of the tenders by the various assessors will be averaged out. The bid with the highest rating will win. 5 (innovative and suitable product presentation solutions will be preferred) An announcement of the results of the selection procedure will be sent electronically to all bidders. 9. DEADLINE AND PLACE OF HANDING OVER OF TENDERS A tender can be delivered by post or in person to: Prague 4, On business days from 9:00 to 16:00 to KOUKAAM s reception. A tender shall be delivered no later than 11:00 a.m. on 18th March, 2011 to the aforementioned address. 10. COSTS OF PARTICIPATION All costs linked to the drafting of bids and participation in the selection proceedings shall be paid by the participant. 11. KOUKAAM a.s. reserves the right to add a graphic concept in accordance with its needs and requirements. 5
