5 Amendment of Personal Particulars Please check personal particulars are correctly printed on the results slip and inform Mrs Goh-KML by today if particulars need to be amended. If any request to amend the particulars after 29 Jan 2016 will incur $50 administration charge.

6 JAE Form A GCE O Level Examination Results Course Eligibility JAE PIN (personal password) access online JAE-IS at:

7 Application Fee Application fee - $7.00 Amendment fee - $10.00 (only 1 amendment allowed) Make payment when you report to the institution you are eventually enrolled in No payment online

8 Registration Process Before accessing JAE-IS, must complete the Course Application Worksheet, provided in Form A or in JAE information booklet Make full use of the 12 choices Will require NRIC or FIN, JAE-Pin (from Form A) Sing Pass is NOT required Takes approximately 15 minutes

9 Posting Results via SMS Provide a local mobile phone number during registration if you wish to receive the posting results via SMS

10 Proper Submission Would see a copy of the Verification Slip (VS) online after clicking on <submit> button Print Verification Slip and retain a copy of it as proof of course application

11 Application Period Open for 5 calendar days Start date: Monday 11 Jan 2016 at 3.00 pm End date: Friday 15 Jan 2016 at 4.00 pm

14 Joint-Polytechnic Special Admission Exercise (JPSAE) Conducted concurrently with JAE 11/1/16 to 15/1/16 May apply to both JAE and JPSAE Students who are offered courses under both should accept 1 of the 2 offers Based on a broader measure of merits beyond academic performance strong passion or aptitude for the course applied for, such as through work attachments and sustained involvement in course-related projects outstanding talents and achievements in leadership, community service, entrepreneurship, sports, and artistic and creative areas) Selection criteria may include portfolios and interviews

16 JAE Posting To consider your course choices wisely. Posting is based on merit according to your net aggregate scores (taking into account the various bonus points eligible) Make use of your 12 choices. Advisable to indicate at least 2-3 courses where your aggregate scores are much better then the previous year s course cut-off points (COP) Appeals for transfer to another JC are not likely to be successful unless you meet the COP of the JC course for that year s JAE

17 Application to Repeat Sec 4E or 5NA Retention Criteria obtained not more than 2 GCE 'O' Level passes (excluding CCA) and an aggregate of 45 points or fewer in 6 subjects. CCA may be considered as one of the 6 subjects OR obtained 3 or more GCE 'O' Level passes (excluding CCA) but do not qualify for admission to JCs, MI or Polytechnics

18 Application to Repeat Sec 4E or 5NA Retention Criteria Has enrolled in a Govt or Govt-aided school in 2015 Attempted the GCE 'O' Level Examination for the first time in S pore Citizens / PR - over age by not more than 4 yrs (i.e. born on or after 2 Jan 1995 for Sec 5NA, and born on or after 2 Jan 1996 for Sec 4E). International Students over age by not more than 2 yrs (i.e. born on or after 2 Jan 1997 for Sec 5NA, and born on or after 2 Jan 1998 for Sec 4E).

Jamie received the Top in Higher Chinese award in 2013 and she was among the top 25% in her cohort in terms of academic performance in Jamie s involvement and commitment helped the Choir to attain the Certificate of Distinction and the Certificate of Accomplishment in the Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
