2 REPET PRODUCTS REPET, Inc. is proud to offer to the market its core product top quality hot washed clear PET flakes (polyethylene terephthalate) packaged in 2,500 lbs. super sack bags. PET flake produced by REPET can be used in a wide range of industrial applications, substituting the use of virgin PET resin preserving our precious natural resources and reducing CO2 emission. Separate from clear recycled PET flake, REPET also offers recycled plastic products such as green and mixed colors PET flake, PE (polyethylene)/pp (polypropylene), and PET fines ready to be used in further processing without additional treatment. 2

3 USING RECYCLED PET Recycled PET (rpet) flake can be used directly to make PET sheet, film or pellets. The uses of PET sheet include thermoforming to a wide variety of packaging. PET pellets can be used to make bottles that will be recycled. After their contents are consumed, increasing rates of bottles are being recycled. The recycled bottles are then sorted and baled. REPET uses high quality PET bales from trusted suppliers as raw material for the flake. PET (polyethylene terephthalate, recycle code #1) is the most widely used plastic on the planet. Using rpet preserves 1.5 metric tons (MT) of crude oil per MT of rpet material produced. It also prevents the emission of 2.1 MT of CO2 for each MT of virgin PET resin produced. 3

4 REPET TECHNOLOGY/INFRASTRUCTURE At the REPET production facility the post-consumer PET bottles undergo a recycling process using state-of-the-art technology to yield its final product, PET flakes. All 3 of our processing lines were designed and build by REPET group of companies. The production technology incorporates over 15 innovations patented by the companies directly associated with REPET, Inc. Located in Chino, California, REPET currently has over 320,000 square feet of operating business space. 4

5 PET PROCESSING The production process at REPET includes following steps: De-baling followed by multiple stages of automatic and manual sorting. The sorted PET bottles are ground using our size reduction technology then separated from cap and label material. The sorted and separated PET bottle material (flake) is decontaminated in a chemically intensive hot-washing process. The washed flake is then dried, de-dusted and packaged. Waste water treated prior to discharge. Intensive quality control and auditing throughout process. 5

6 ABOUT REPET REPET, Inc. was established in 2009 as a CalRecycle certified processor of postconsumer (PCR) PET bottle waste. With the establishment of the first production line, 80 green jobs have been created. With the next two production lines this increased up to180 green jobs. 7 REPET QUALITY REPET has established a sound quality management system (QMS) to yield high quality results and products. Controls are established from purchasing, receiving, production, storage, sales and shipping in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Quality testing is diligently done at every stage from receipt of raw material bales to final product inspection. Process quality audits are also conducted to ensure consistent high quality products for customers. Through the efforts of REPET, the QMS was registered by the independent third party certification body, IAPMO R&T, to meet the standards of ISO 9001:2008. As one of the most widely know quality standard in the world, ISO 9001, requires the organization to use a systematic process to document, measure, monitor and improve its QMS. REPET is proud to currently be the only ISO 9001:2008 certified PET processor in California. 7
