This has resulted in a number of companies appearing in our ranking for the very first time. As always, the resulting list is the combination of companyprovided and independently sourced data. While we specifically ask respondents to exclude any revenue from non-demolition/ recycling activities, we accept that some may not have been able to do so. Record revenues last year have led to a cumulative d&ri00 total up % on 00 at US$,88. million. Since we have made our biggest ever effort yet to source financial data on demolition companies Regional breakdown of the 008 d&ri00 US$,78. million RoW % RoW 0% America 7% America 0% Europe 0% Europe 0% from around the world during the preparations for compiling this years d&ri00, we once again have a number of new entries in the list, headed notably by Australian outfit CMA Corporation, who has jumped straight into the list an No., emulating UK contractor Keltbray s performance of last year. In total, contractors have made their way onto the list for the first time or, in some instances, rejoined the list following an absence because of a lack of the necessary data While the threshold for entry in the d&ri00 remains pretty much as last year at US$8 million, the total value of the list has increased by %, from US$,88.9 million up to US$,88. million. Broken hold The American stranglehold on the leading positions has also been well and truly broken this year.
