3 Introduction SST 2 Soft starting tool 2 The soft starting tool is intended for use by technicians with electrical/electronic training for help in connection with fault tracing and repair. This manual describes the connection of the SST 3 to the power sources. The service manuals for the power sources describes in detail how to use the SST 2.

A 10 GND2 connection point for oscilloscope ground when checking gate pulses. A 11 P2 connection point for oscilloscope probe when checking gate pulses. A 3 = used for 300 A inverters 4 & 5 = used for 400 A and 500 A inverters A = used for all inverters. csst2_1 4
