1 10/23/14 COMPUTER EQUIPMENT: (DESKTOPS, LAPTOPS, TABLETS, SERVERS, AND STORAGE INCLUDING RELATED PERIPHERALS & SERVICES) Negotiations continue with responders for the 2014 MN WSCA-NASPO Computer Equipment Contracts. The intention is to offer awards by December 31, 2014 based on successful negotiations. The intent is to offer Contract extensions to current vendors through 3/31/15. The lead State understands an overlap of the current and new contracts may be required in order to allow for States and Contract Vendors to negotiate new Participating Addendums.

3 08/21/14 Evaluation continues with responders for the 2014 MN WSCA-NASPO Computer Equipment Contracts. The intention is to offer awards in September 2014 based on successful negotiations. States will need to review their current Participating Addendums to determine if their Participating Addendum automatically renews with the Master Agreement Term renewal or if an amendment must be completed.

Minnesota intends to have the extensions signed in the month of July. States will need to review their current Participating Addendums to determine if their Participating Addendum automatically renews with the Master Agreement Term renewal or if an amendment must be completed. 5 05/21/14 MINNESOTA WSCA-NASPO SOLICITATION UPDATE Minnesota's intention is to award the 2014 MN WSCA-NASPO Computer Equipment Contracts by September 1, This is dependent upon on successful negotiations with responsive vendors. Minnesota understands the complexity of the Participating Addendum process for Contract Vendors and States. Therefore, Minnesota may allow amendments to the contracts. This would provide a transition period for States and Contract Vendors to complete Participating Addendums Contract Vendor amendments will be offered on a case by case basis and may be based on responsiveness and successful negotiations for the 2014 contract.

Minnesota understands the complexity of the Participating Addendum process for Contract Vendors and States.

6 04/11/14 MINNESOTA WSCA-NASPO SOLICITATION UPDATE Responses are private or nonpublic data until the completion of the evaluation process as defined by Minn. Stat The completion of the evaluation process is defined as the Lead State having completed negotiating the Master Agreement with the selected vendor. If no award is made the responses are not made public. The State will notify all responders in writing of the evaluation results. Except at the invitation of the Master Agreement Administrator, no activity or comments from responders regarding this RFP shall be discussed with any of the sourcing team during the solicitation and the evaluation of the responses. A responder who contacts a sourcing team member may, as a result, have its response rejected. Continue to monitor this site for updates on this solicitation.
