Völker ST 502 chairs and ST 503 Völker ST 502 chairs and ST 503 armchairs have been specifically developed for dining rooms and common areas in healthcare facilities and retirement residences. Völker ST 502s/ST 503s chairs and armchairs are the stacking versions of the standard chairs and armchairs. The design of the legs guarantees the greatest possible stability against overturning. Rollers can be integrated into the front legs of all models in the 500 program to facilitate moving the chairs or pushing them to a table (optional). 5 500 program high-back chairs, easy chairs and recliners. The highest level of comfort and function. The ST 504 high-back chair The ST 504 high-back chair, providing additional support and comfort, is ideal for resident rooms and sitting areas of retirement apartments and healthcare facilities. The seat of all models has been ergonomically designed with a depth that ensures an ideal sitting position for the resident. In addition, the seat slopes gently toward the back, which prevents the user from slipping forward and reduces pressure on the upper leg. The S 519v recliner is a good example of the perfect synthesis of appearance and function. S 519 high-back easy chair and S 519v recliner 500 program chairs are complemented by these high-back easy chairs and two-seat sofas that are available with headrests and footstools. An additional item in the program is the S 519v adjustable reclining easy chair. As comfortable as they are functional, the 500 program chairs contribute to a homelike atmosphere in private rooms and common areas while maintaining the features that distinguish these chairs in their service to seniors. The backrest has a curved shape that fits the natural curvature of the spine, providing lumbar support. The back padding is removable for easy cleaning. With its sloping seat, the H 509 footstool makes an ideal leg rest and footrest, especially in combination with the S 519v recliner. With the seat in the horizontal position, the H 509 footstool can also be used as temporary seating for visitors. 6 The new S 550 armchair with HS 555 fitted cover. The personal touch in room settings for seniors. The new S 550 armchair Völker S 550 armchairs look especially elegant with matching HS 555 fitted covers, and perfectly complement Völker 3080 MA and MB healthcare beds, which are also made of solid wood. The fitted covers are washable and consist of a main cover, which can be fitted quickly and easily, and a second protective cover that slides over the head area to prevent soiling. The basic cover consists of a single piece of material that is simply pulled over the arms and back of the armchair after snapping it below the removable seat cushion. This makes shifting impossible. Finally, the zipper at the back of the chair is closed, giving the cover a perfect fit. The fitted covers are made according to your wishes, with the design of the main cover matching that of the headrests. The design choices are limitless, with commercially available fabrics that can be matched to other furnishings in the room such as bedspreads, cushions and curtains. The use of solid wood makes the sculptured hand rests at the front of the arms ideal for support on all 500 program chairs. 6

7 Simply elegant, even without the fitted cover. The S 550 armchair. The S 550 armchair without fitted covers also offers a very attractive design choice. The fully padded chair sides give these armchairs a simple elegance that makes them especially appealing. The armrests of all models in the 500 solid wood program are specifically shaped for comfort and support. The front end of the armrest is scultptured to be easy to hold on to an extremely important detail for the security of those who use this chair. For this reason as well as to provide for the ideal fit of the chair covers the front end of the armrest remains exposed, even in the case of chairs with fitted covers. From the front view, the S 550 armchair demonstrates its solid construction and its stability from overturning, features that distinguish all other Völker seating, as well. The S 550 armchair, with or without covers, is available in the material of your choice. Select from a wide variety of fabrics or vinyl choices available from your local Völker representative. The side view of the S 550 armchair demonstrates its simple elegance, which is highlighted by the padding below the armrests. 7

Völker aluminum program chairs have been designed for the optimal comfort of users and visitors in a very specialized setting. In combination with Völker healthcare beds for critical care purposes and Völker med-surgical beds, the A 980 aluminum program represents the furniture of tomorrow. Völker makes this furniture available today. Völker AS 985: easy armchair, upholstered; with hand-rail (optional).
