Designed to cruise all day at 9-10 knots with a range of 500 nautical miles. The wide side decks are enclosed by teak capped bulwarks and solid handrails with access gates port, starboard and to the stern. On the foredeck there is a large anchor locker housing the windlass, chain and anchor. There is a large lazarrette locker below the aft deck together with a gas locker to the port hand side. The aft external seat extends across the full width of the stern. There is further storage below. A section of this seat hinges up allowing access to the stern gate through the transom. This leads directly onto the bathing platform. The stainless bathing platform has teak slats and an extending bathing ladder. Access to the interior of the yacht is provided on the starboard side just aft of the helm position and through a door from the lower saloon / cabin to the aft deck. The deck above the galley and lower saloon provides a platform for storage of a small rib. The large glazed windows around the upper saloon and helm position provide lots of natural light. The forward facing windows have wipers and a demister system. There are further glazed units providing light to the galley and lower saloon area some of which are opening.

4 3 ACCOMODATION 3.1 Fwd Master Cabin The forward master cabin has a large double bed with headboard and three hatches above providing lots of natural light and ventilation. To the port hand side is a dressing table with a large mirror and outboard of this a hanging locker. There are draw units on the starboard side and further storage below the double bed. 3.2 Heads & Shower The heads unit has an electric toilet for ease of operation. It has a wash basin set into an Avonite surface with mixer tap, towel rail, soap dispenser, tooth brush holder, mirror and toilet roll holder. There is a locker below the sink and additional lockers outboard for stowage of toiletries. The shower cubicle has a thermostatic shower controls and acrylic shower door. Each heads utilises GRP mouldings and laminate bulkheads with teak trim around locker doors. 3.3 Utility / Cabin Opposite the fwd heads is a utility room in which a washing machine can be fitted. This is a useful space for storage or for use as a workshop. As an option it can also be turned into a single bunk cabin. 3.4 Helm Position The comfortable helm position has plenty of space for your engine and thruster controls, communication and electronic kit. The large double glazed windows surrounding the helm and upper saloon provide superb visibility. The forward facing windows have wipers and a demister system. 3.5 Upper Saloon The saloon area is extremely light from the large saloon windows and overhead skylights. The port hand side has an L shaped seating area around an adjustable table with a large book shelf at the aft end. There is a consul and drinks cabinet on the starboard side opposite the seating area. 3.6 Galley The galley provides lots of space for preparation of all your culinary requirements. It is located on the port side in the lower area of the yacht but there is also a prep area to the starboard side. Surfaces are in Avonite to the clients choice of colour. A GN Espace Levante 4 burner cooker with grill and oven is fitted together with a waterstaion sink system. The sink comes supplied with beechwood cutting board and perforated GN container. A front opening stainless steel fridge is built into the galley below the starboard side prep area.

5 There are plenty of stowage cupboards and daw units to house all your crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, food etc Lower Saloon / Cabin Aft of the galley is a large saloon area with L shaped settee to port and a two seater settee to starboard. The table opens up to comfortably seat 6 people. When the table is folded access can be gained through a door to the aft deck. 3.8 Joinery The joinery on all Rustlers is hand crafted to the highest standards by cabinet makers that know what is meant by attention to detail. Joinery is a mixture of solid European oak and marine grade veneered oak panels. All locker doors have solid oak edges and each door is sunk back into the panel so it fits perfectly. Fiddles have a sculptured back so that when you grab them they provide additional grip. Other timber choices by request. The soleboards are teak with a holly stripe but there are other choices available. All joinery is finished with a matt satin varnish. 3.9 General Material Detail All areas below the waterline are flow coated white. Areas above the waterline are insulated and panelled allowing access behind panelling. Panels are covered in fabric or timber lined Upholstery The saloon seating is upholstered in materials chosen from a selection to the owners choice. The seating is made using a fire retardant foam and has curved sections to the corners for added comfort. The fwd master cabin has a sprung mattresses as standard. The other cabins have a quality composite foam mattresses. 4 MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS

6 4.1 Engine A single Nanni Diesel N4.115, 3.8 litre in line four cylinder engine is fitted. Max power 85kW (115hp) at 2600rpm. A PRM 500 hydraulic gearbox with a reduction of 2 : 1 is fitted to the engine. The engine if fitted with a 110A (12V) alternator A ARP C3 engine panel is fitted next to the helm position which has rev counter, oil pressure and water temp gauges, engine tacho and alarms for high temperature and low oil pressure. 4.2 Stern Gear The engine is connected to a 23 3 bladed Prop via a 1 ¾ diameter F51 duplex prop shaft. The shaft runs in a GRP stern tube with forward and aft lubricated bearings. There is a Tides Marine Sure seal fitted. 4.3 Exhaust System A wet exhaust system is fitted with a Halyard exhaust lift silencer. 4.4 Fuel System Fuel tanks totalling approximately 220 gallons (1000 Litres) are located port and starboard in the engine room. Tanks are fitted with inspection hatches and sampling points. A Racor fuel filter is installed in addition to the primary filter on the engine. 4.5 Bowthrusters Hydraulic bow thrusters are installed at the bow and stern driven from a hydraulic pack off the engine. 4.6 Rudder & Steering A hydraulic steering system is fitted giving a very smooth steering operation. 4.7 Anchoring A 12V Lewmar horizontal windlass with gypsy is installed in the anchor locker with 60m of calibrated 10mm chain and a 25kg claw anchor that stows through the bow stem. The ingenious stowage system means the anchor can be deployed easily from the foredeck or helm position within the wheelhouse. 4.8 Bilge System An automatic bilge pump is installed in the sump located centrally in the boat at the deepest point of the bilge. There is a switch to control the bilge pump which can be set to Off/On/Auto on the main electric panel.

7 There is an additional manual Henderson MkV bilge pumps which also draw from the sump central to the boat and is operated from the upper saloon area. 4.9 Freshwater System Water tanks with a capacity of approximately 100 gallons (455 Litres). Tanks are fitted with inspection hatches and a level monitor. The pressurised fresh water system has a high capacity Whale IC pump. Hot water is provided by a 55 litre calorifier. The water can be heated within the calorifier either by a 220V, 1.25kW immersion heater element or by the heat exchanger on the engine. Temperature of the hot water is controlled by a thermostat and expansion vessel Black water System The toilet has the option to pump out directly to sea or to a black tank. There is a diverter valve located in the heads. The blank tank can be pumped out to sea or emptied via a pump out facility on the deck Refrigeration A front opening stainless steel fridge is built into the galley and is keel cooled via a Frigomatic compressor unit Gas System Two 4.5kg propane gas bottles are provided in the gas locker. A gas regulator, pressure guage and test point are located within the locker which is vented overboard Electrical System The DC electrical system is 12V and the boat is supplied with 2 x 200A batteries providing 400Amp for the domestic supply. There is and additional separate battery for engine start. Charging of the battery banks is via a 110V alternator on the engine or a Mastervolt Chargemaster 12/25-3 when connected to shore power A Mastervolt Masterview easy battery monitor is also provided Control of the electrics is via a central panel which incorporates circuit breakers. Mains 230V AC is distributed throughout the yacht via a 16A socket connection to shorepower. Mains 230V Vimar sockets are provided throughout the boat. This circuit provides power to other equipment than runs off mains 230V including the immersion heater element in the calorifier.

COMMISSIONING Yachts are delivered commissioned and afloat in Falmouth, UK. On completion of the yacht at the Builders premises the boat will be launched and then a period of 1 week will be required for sea trials and commissioning of the systems. Completed craft are handed over to the owner after a 1 day handover during which time the standard systems and equipment will be explained. Part of this handover will be to deliver the Owners Manual including comprehensive drawings for each system and relevant suppliers equipment manuals. After the 1 day handover the owner will be required to sign the handover note within the Contract and the final stage payment will become due.
